Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Pacientu aprūpe ar skeleta ekstenzijām”. Pētījums tika veikts vienā no Rīgas X pilsētas klīnikām, laika posmā no 28.04.2016 līdz 12.05.2016. Pirms tam tika saņemta slimnīcas valdes priekšsēdētāja rakstiska piekrišana veikt pētījumu viņa vadītajā klīnikā. Bakalaura darba pētījuma mērķis ir izvērtēt pacientu, ar skeleta ekstenziju, aprūpi. Pētniecības jautājums – Kāda ir aprūpe pacientiem ar skeleta ekstenzijām? Darba pētnieciskajā daļā izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode – intervija. Coexistence of superconductivity and spin-splitting fields in superconductor/ferromagnetic insulator bilayers of arbitrary thickness

Ferromagnetic insulators (FI) can induce a strong exchange field in an adjacent superconductor (S) via the magnetic proximity effect. This manifests as spin splitting of the BCS density of states of the superconductor, an important ingredient for numerous superconducting spintronics applications and the realization of Majorana fermions. A crucial parameter that determines the magnitude of the induced spin splitting in FI/S bilayers is the thickness of the S layer d: In very thin samples, the superconductivity is suppressed by the strong magnetism. Resumen: El punto de partida de este articulo es una foto de Julio Lopez, ex detenido-desaparecido de la pasada dictadura argentina y vuelto a desaparecer en 2006 tras dar testimonio en el juicio que condeno al represor Miguel Etchecolatz a prision perpetua. Una foto de Lopez ya vista sera ahora reinsertada en otro contexto, duplicada para ser dada nuevamente a la mirada. Desde ella se desplegaran las singularidades de algunas otros artefactos visuales entendidos como memorias fotograficas de la historia reciente argentina ligada a la pasada dictadura. Common fixed points of g-quasicontractions and related mappings in 0-complete partial metric spaces

Abstract Common fixed point results are obtained in 0-complete partial metric spaces under various contractive conditions, including g-quasicontractions and mappings with a contractive iterate. In this way, several results obtained recently are generalized. Examples are provided when these results can be applied and neither corresponding metric results nor the results with the standard completeness assumption of the underlying partial metric space can. A singular (p,q)-equation with convection and a locally defined perturbation

Abstract We consider a parametric Dirichlet problem driven by the ( p , q ) -Laplacian and a reaction which is gradient dependent (convection) and the competing effects of two more terms, one a parametric singular term and a locally defined perturbation. We show that for all small values of the parameter the problem has a positive smooth solution.
