Poczucie jakości życia i samoocena pacjentów w trakcie terapii uzależnienia od alkoholu

2018

During the addiction therapy patients describes a sense of emptiness, low level of life satisfaction and diffi culties in enjoying their lives. Those problems often caused them to return to psychoactive substance use. The research presented in the article is aimed at checking the dynamics of the above constructs during addiction therapy, which may help to better understand the treatment process. A longitudinal study of alcohol dependent patients in the process of addiction therapy was conducted. The research questionnaires measured selected aspects of psychological well-being as general construct and specifi c subscales. The fi rst measurement was made at the beginning ofa patient’s addicti…

Postulat hermeneutycznej potrzeby relacji teologia – nauki przyrodnicze w perspektywie współczesnej protestanckiej teologii stworzenia

2017

Self-reported reflective functioning mediates the association between attachment insecurity and well-being among psychotherapists.

2020

Objective: Subjective well-being is a crucial variable for mental health practitioners. This study examines the influence of therapists’ attachment dimensions and self-reported reflective functioning on their perceived well-being. Further, it examines if reflective functioning mediates the association between attachment insecurity and well-being. Method: A total of 416 experienced psychotherapists were enrolled in this cross-sectional study, and completed self-report measures of attachment insecurity, reflective functioning, and well-being. We tested the hypothesized mediation model with path analysis that examined indirect effects. Results: Both attachment anxiety and avoidance dimensions …

El edificio gremial de los abaixadors o tundidores, en Valencia

2020

In the ?barri del mercat?, in the city of Valencia and very close to its Lonja, there is a building complex which is the object of this study. The research, carried out from the simple field of toponymy, to the constructive analysis, lead us to suppose that it is the building of the Valencian trade union of cloth-shearers. It can be seen how the building now camouflaged by other subsequent interventions, corresponds to a type that cannot be related to those usually built in the city of Valencia. Its origins clearly from the Valencian self-governing period splendor, its dimensions and the finishes used in its construction seem to refer to a medieval workshop. Oxidation-responsive and "clickable" poly(ethylene glycol) via copolymerization of 2-(methylthio)ethyl glycidyl ether

2016

Poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) is a widely used biocompatible polymer. We describe a novel epoxide monomer with methyl-thioether moiety, 2-(methylthio)ethyl glycidyl ether (MTEGE), which enables the synthesis of well-defined thioether-functional poly(ethylene glycol). Random and block mPEG-b-PMTEGE copolymers (Mw/Mn = 1.05-1.17) were obtained via anionic ring opening polymerization (AROP) with molecular weights ranging from 5 600 to 12 000 g·mol-1. The statistical copolymerization of MTEGE with ethylene oxide results in a random microstructure (rEO = 0.92 ± 0.02 and rMTEG E = 1.06 ± 0.02), which was confirmed by in situ 1H NMR kinetic studies. The random copolymers are thermorespon…
