Osaamisen arviointi on tärkeä osa terveysalan laatua. Fysioterapeuttien itsearvioidut näkemykset fysioterapian työn osa-alueiden osaamisesta tukevat ammatillisen laadun kehittymisen prosessia. Itsearvioinnin päätarkoituksena on kehittää ammatillista osaamista läpi työuran ja tämän kautta taata potilaille laadukas fysioterapia sekä mahdollistaa fysioterapeuttien uran eteneminen. Job insecurity is recognized as one of the most prominent job stressors for employees. Despite decades of research, the concurrent examination of both quantitative (i.e. perceived threat of job loss) and qualitative (i.e., perceived threat of losing some job features) job insecurity and the analysis of their different relationships with well-being at work have received relatively scarce attention. This study examined a moderated mediation model of the relationship between quantitative job insecurity and well-being at work. Intra-EU Mobility: The Employment and Welfare Experience of Temporary EU Workers in the United Kingdom

This article explores the mobility pathways of temporary EU workers and the implications that transnational temporary mobility has on their labor market outcomes and access to social rights and benefits. The experiences of temporary EU migrants working in the UK show that despite the narrative of the borderlessness of the common European labor market, access to host countries’ labor market and welfare is shaped by their employment status and welfare eligibility criteria that produce worker precariousness. Temporary EU workers’ experiences are characterized by employment insecurity and unequal access to labor and social rights, effects which might increase since the UK has left the EU.

L'articolo ha come obiettivo l'elaborazione di una proposta di trascrizione fonetica delle consonanti semipalatalizzate in ucraino per mezzo dei simboli dell'Alfabeto fonetico internazionale, da usare nei manuali destinati agli studenti stranieri. Vengono prese in considerazione diverse problematiche, tra cui: la limitatezza dei mezzi grafici dell'alfabeto fonetico per esprimere alcune particolarità della correlazione palatale; la resa ortografica delle semi-palatalizzate in ucraino e la sua corrispondenza alla loro pronuncia comune; la tendenza di alcune consonanti palatalizzate all'indurimento e i diversi modi di pronunciare le semi-palatalizzate. This study examined the role of welfare services in the participative citizenship of young people under 30 years of age outside the labour market. Thematic content analysis of the government’s white papers regarding participation policies, as well as participatory action research projects in two Finnish towns, were used to identify factors that enable or hinder participation for this group of service users. Background: The restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic have modified the lifestyle of young people, worsening their mental health. Although some countries were allowed to practice outdoor physical activity (PA) in cases of lockdown, the PA level in the general population decreased. The current study aims to assess the differences in fear of COVID-19, anxiety, neuroticism, and general self-efficacy between university students who practiced PA during the second wave of lockdown and those who did not practice any PA.
