The nomenclature of 14 taxa from Central and Southern Europe within the Dianthus virgineus group is discussed. Dianthus aggericola Jord., D. collivagus Jord., D. consimilis Jord., D. orophilus Jord., D. saxicola Jord., D. juratensis Jord. are here lectotypified by specimens from the Jordan herbarium in LY, while D. godronianus Jord. by a specimen in P. Dianthus subacaulis Vill. is neotypified by a specimen collected on Mont Ventoux (S. France) and housed in MPU. For D. sylvestris Wulfen, a lectotype is here designated and its previous neotypification is discussed. Pro gradu -tutkielmassani tarkastelen Suomen uudelle yliopistolaille (2009) annettuja ristiriitaisia merkityksiä Jyväskylän yliopistoyhteisössä. Yliopistouudistus toi mukanaan merkittäviä taloudellisia ja ideologisia muutoksia suomalaiseen yliopistokenttään, ja siksi muutoksista on kiistelty paljon. Keskusteluissa on kuitenkin luonnehtinut ”yliopistouudistus hyvänä vs. pahana” -asettelu, joka ei ole paras mahdollinen tapa lähestyä uudistuksen jälkiteollisia syitä ja moninaisia seurauksia. Tämän tutkimuksen tavoitteena on selvittää, miten suomalaisnuorten lukutaitoa ja lukemista sukupuolittuneena ja sukupuolittavana ilmiönä merkityksellistetään uutisteksteissä. Teema on hyvin ajankohtainen, sillä 2000-luvulla tehtyjen PISA-tutkimusten myötä tyttöjen ja poikien erilainen lukutaitomenestys on noussut merkittäväksi puheenaiheeksi joukkotiedotusvälineissä. Alan asiantuntijat tarjoavat erilaisia malleja ja syitä tyttöjen menestymiseen ja poikien epäonnistumiseen sekä esittävät lukemisen opetusta koskevia muutosvaatimuksia. This paper explores the process and impact of the implementation of the Nature Tour mobile learning application in Finnish early childhood education settings. The interest is to explore whether the concept of Nature Tour mobile application meets the needs of early childhood education in field trips. The effect of polytechnic reform on migration

This paper examines the effect of the polytechnic reform on geographical mobility. A polytechnic, higher education reform took place in Finland in the 1990s. It gradually transformed former vocational colleges into polytechnics and also brought higher education to regions that did not have a university before. This expansion of higher education provides exogenous variation in the regional supply of higher education. The reform raised the mobility of high school graduates across local labour markets in the years after they had completed their secondary studies, which indicated increased mobility between high school and post-secondary education.
