Cet article montre que cette augmentation a surtout concerné les joueurs originaires d’Afrique et d’Amérique latine. This contribution deals with the internal coordination of health care, long-term social care and social assistance schemes – covered by EU regulation no. 883/2004 – in Italy after the constitutional reform enacted in 2001, which significantly decentralised legislative and administrative machinery by strengthening the prerogatives of the Regions, especially in terms of organisation and funding of the services. While null subjects are a well-researched phenomenon in pro-drop languages like Italian or Spanish, they have not received much attention in non-pro-drop languages such as English, where they are traditionally associated with particular (written) genres such as diaries or are discussed under a broader umbrella term such as situational ellipsis. The initiative Workaway, an expression of this trend, was established in the late 90s with the aim of promoting “cultural understanding between different peoples and lands throughout the world”. Tutkimuksen tehtävänä on selvittää, miten Paperiliitto on toiminut suomalaisen yhteiskunnan rakennemuutoksen vuosina 1985-2009. 1980-luvulla tehtiin poliittisia päätöksiä, jotka avasivat kotimaisia markkinoita ulkomaiselle kilpailulle ja omistukselle. Suomi otti ensiaskeleita kohti globalisaatiota. Metsäteollisuudessa se johti perinteisten vientiyhdistysten hajoamiseen ja toimialan kansainvälistymiseen. Samalla paperiteollisuuden kotimaiset työpaikat ovat vähentyneet lähes puoleen 1970-luvulta tähän päivään mennessä. Kestävä kehitys oli ollut kansainvälisen yhteisön toiminnan päämääränä 1970-luvulta lähtien. Ilmiön taustalla oli kasvanut huoli ympäristön tilasta. Asiaan otettiin virallisesti kantaa ensimmäisen kerran Tukholman ympäristökonferenssissa vuonna 1972, jonka jälkeen vuonna 1987 kestävä kehitys konkretisoitui käsitteenä niin sanotun Bruntlandin komission raportissa seuraavalla tavalla: "Kestävä kehitys on kehitystä, joka tyydyttää nykyhetken tarpeet viemättä tulevilta sukupolvilta mahdollisuutta tyydyttää omat tarpeensa". Young graduates believe they have acquired the specific competences they think their employers require. In their view, the shortfall lies in their general competences. Is this a reason to question the increasingly vocational nature of university courses?
