Attiecības ar nāvi paliatīvās aprūpes nodaļā: speciālistu perspektīva

Diplomdarba mērķis ir uzzināt PA nodaļā strādājošu speciālistu pieredzies un priekšstatus saistībā ar miršanu un nāvi un to, kādas speciālista attiecības ar nāvi šajās pieredzēs un priekšstatos atklājas. Mana konceptuālā perspektīva iekļauj 4 dimensijas speciālistu attiecībās ar nāvi: individuālā, sociālā, iemiesotā un telpiskā. Lauka darbā veicu 13 padziļinātas daļēji strukturētas intervijas vienā no Latvijas paliatīvās aprūpes nodaļu kolektīviem. Intervijās atklājās tas, ka speciālistu attiecības ar nāvi veido attiecības ar pacientiem, viņu tuviniekiem un kolēģiem. Speciālistu attiecības ar nāvi izpaužas arī paliatīvās nodaļas telpās un saistībā ar mirstošiem un mirušiem ķermeņiem.
Contrasting probabilistic and anti-optimization approaches in an applied mechanics problem

Probabilistic and non-probabilistic, anti-optimization analyses of uncertainty are contrasted in this study. Specifically, the comparison of these two competing approaches is conducted for an uniform column, with initial geometric imperfection, subjected to an impact axial load. The reliability of the column is derived for the cases when the initial imperfections posses either (a) uniform probability density, (b) truncated exponential density or (c) generic truncated probability density. Abstract The paper deals with probabilistic characterization of the response of non-linear systems under α -stable Levy white noise input. It is shown that, by properly selecting a clip in the probability density function of the input, the moments of the increments of Levy motion process remain all of the same order ( d t ) , like the increments of the Compound Poisson process. It follows that the Ito calculus extended to Poissonian input, may also be used for α -stable Levy white noise input processes. Bakalaura darba tēma - ,,Aprūpes procesa nodrošināšana pacientam ar šizofrēniju stacionārā”. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot kā notiek aprūpes nodrošināšana pacientam ar šizofrēniju stacionāros x un y. Pamatojoties uz šo mērķi tiek izvirzīta hipotēze - Aprūpes process pacientam ar šizofrēniju stacionārā tiek nodrošināts. Pētījumā piedalījās 102 respondenti, garīgās veselības aprūpes māsas (turpmāk māsas), kuru darba stāžs psihiatriskajā stacionārā ir no 1 līdz 31 un vairāk gadi. Pētniecības darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas. Saskaņā ar Līguma par Eiropas Savienību 50. pantu, pēc vēlmes izstāties paziņošanas Eiropadomei, ES un dalībvalsts uzsāk sarunu procedūru, kuras laikā cenšas noslēgt līgumu par turpmāko sadarbību savā starpā. Presentamos el estudio de los restos cerámicos de la fase neolítica de Kaf Taht el-Ghar (Mechrouha, Tetuán, Marruecos), enfocado principalmente en el análisis de técnicas y patrones decorativos. Ello cuenta con el interés añadido de corresponder, en su fase antigua, a las cerámicas asociadas a las primeras evidencias de agricultura y ganadería en el Magreb Occidental, encuadradas en el tercer cuarto del VI milenio cal AC. Art often provides valuable hints for technological innovations especially in the field of Image Processing and Computer Graphics. In this paper we survey in a unified framework several methods to transform raster input images into good quality mosaics. For each of the major different approaches in literature the paper reports a short description and a discussion of the most relevant issues. To complete the survey comparisons among the different techniques both in terms of visual quality and computational complexity are provided.
