The design of multifunctional polymer-based vectors, forming pDNA vaccines, offers great potential in cancer immune therapy. The transfection of dendritic immune cells (DCs) with tumour antigen-encoding pDNA leads to an activation of the immune system to combat tumour cells. In this work, we investigated the chemical attachment of DEC205 antibodies (aDEC205) as DC-targeting structures to polyplexes of P(Lys)-b-P(HPMA). Abstract The synthesis of tris(aryloxadiazolyl)triazines (TOTs), C 3‐symmetrical star‐shaped mesogenes with a 1,3,5‐triazine center, 5‐phenyl‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole arms, and various peripheral alkoxy side chains is reported. Threefold Huisgen reaction on a central triazine tricarboxylic acid and suitable aryltetrazoles yields the title compounds. Selected analogues with a benzene center are included in this study and allow for an evaluation of the impact of the central unit on the physical properties. Tarkastelen artikkelissa Suomalaisen Kirjallisuuden Seuran (SKS) arkiston suhdetta kouluihin: sitä, missä rooleissa opettajat ja oppilaat ovat toimineet perinteen ja nykykulttuurin tallentamisessa 1800-luvulta tähän päivään ja millaisia tavoitteita SKS:llä on eri aikoina ollut koulujen kanssa tehdylle yhteistyölle. SKS perustettiin vuonna 1831 edistämään suomen kielen ja suomenkielisen kirjallisuuden asemaa. Kansanperinteen keruu ja tallentaminen kuuluivat seuran toimintaan alusta lähtien. Šajā pētījumā tika veikta 3. Latgales divīzijas kājnieku pulku raksturīgo darbību analīze laika periodā no 1934. gada līdz 1939. gadam. Darbs veltīts līdz šim historiogrāfijā neaplūkotai tēmai – 3. Latgales kājnieku divīzijai. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt Latgales divīzijas kājnieku pulku darbības virzienus, kā piemēru izmantojot divīzijā iekļauto 7. Siguldas kājnieku pulku. Darbs sākotnēji iepazīstina ar Latvijas bruņotajiem spēkiem, lai varētu gūt izpratni par armijas attīstību un struktūru. This paper discusses the interactions between fundamental principles of domestic legal systems and non-legal standards in the application of the public policy Generalklausel within the context of the twin Regulations 1103 and 1104 of 2016. In particular, this paper argues that public policy is composed of legal principles only and that there is no space for extra legal standards when the circulation of foreign deeds, decisions and laws is in discussion. Background The prevalence of and risk factors for central nervous system recurrence in patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia are not well established and remain a controversial matter. Design and Methods Between 1996 and 2005, 739 patients with newly diagnosed acute promyelocytic leukemia enrolled in two consecutive trials (PETHEMA LPA96 and LPA99) received induction therapy-with all-trans retinoic acid and idarubicin. Consolidation therapy comprised three courses of anthracycline monochemotherapy (LPA96), with all-trans retinoic acid and reinforced doses of idarubicin in patients with an intermediate or high risk of relapse (LPA99). Plašāka latviešu folkloras dokumentēšana un publicēšana uzsākta 19. gs.; pirmo krājumu autors ir Baltijas vācu izcelsmes garīdznieks – Gustavs fon Bergmans (Gustav von Bergmann ; Vidzemē ; 1749-1814).
