Background: The COVID-19 pandemic is a massive health crisis that has exerted enormous physical and psychological pressure. Mental healthcare for healthcare workers (HCWs) should receive serious consideration. This study served to determine the mental-health outcomes of 1,556 HCWs from 45 countries who participated in the COVID-19 IMPACT project, and to examine the predictors of the outcomes during the first pandemic wave. COVID-19 hit the global economy hard in early 2020, and airline industry was among the biggest commercial victims. Governments closed borders, the virus scared off travelers and the aircraft stayed on the ground to a large extent. The forecasted record year turned out to be the worst in the history of aviation. This study focused on the concerns of airline customers and analyzed the differences between the customer behavior in two focus markets, Finland and Sweden. The article is based on a questionnaire and the answers of 2004 airline customers. Tracking of blood vessels motion from 4D-flow MRI data

This paper presents a novel approach to track objects from 4D Flow MRI data. A salient feature of the proposed method is that it fully exploits the geometrical and dynamical nature of the information provided by this imaging modality. The underlying idea consists in formulating the tracking problem as a data assimilation problem, in which both position and velocity observations are extracted from the 4D Flow MRI data series. Optimal estate estimation is then performed in a sequential fashion via Kalman filtering. The capabilities of the method are extensively assessed in a numerical study involving synthetic and clinical data.

Esta tesis aborda la relación entre los espacios culturales y las políticas culturales, específicamente en el ámbito urbano. Concretamente, en este proyecto de investigación argumentamos, en primer lugar, que las políticas culturales urbanas y las políticas de creación de espacios culturales están regidas por una misma lógica se articulan en un todo funcional al paradigma dominante de política cultural (en la que los espacios culturales son a la vez derivada y condición del modelo de democratización cultural).
