El Síndrome de Kallmann (SK) es una enfermedad genética del desarrollo, que asocia un hipogonadismo hipogonadotrópico (HH) congénito con pérdida total (anosmia) o parcial (hiposmia) del olfato. La alteración olfativa es secundaria a la aplasia o hipoplasia de las estructuras olfatorias (bulbos, tractos y surcos cerebrales olfatorios). El HH se debe a la deficiencia en la hormona liberadora de gonadotropinas hipotalámica (GnRH) como resultado del fallo en la migración de las neuronas productoras de esta hormona, por las vías olfatorias, desde la placoda olfatoria hasta el hipotálamo durante el desarrollo embrionario. Historian oppiaineella on vakiintunut asema suomalaisessa perusopetuksessa. Tämän tutkimuksen tavoitteena on selvittää, millaisten historiakuvien keskellä peruskoulun historian opettaja tekee työtään ja millä historian tärkeyttä oppiaineiden joukossa perustellaan. Opetussuunnitelmat määrittelevät opetuksen tavoitteet ja sisällöt ja oppikirjat toimivat yleensä opettajan ja oppilaiden keskeisenä työkaluna. Nämä antavat kuitenkin keskenään hyvin erilaisen kuvan siitä, mikä historiassa on tärkeää. Opetussuunnitelmat painottavat historian taitoja, mutta oppikirjat sisältävät valmista sisältötietoa. In Finland, history is taught in comprehensive schools at both primary and secondary levels. In primary schools, teachers are qualified class teachers who study one or two history courses during their teacher education. The amount of history taught in teacher education is limited, but student class teachers have studied history while at comprehensive school and general upper secondary school, and they have lived experience of historical cultures as members of different groups and communities. This dissertation deals with the tragic vision that motivates certain key aspects of Theodor W. Adorno’s philosophy. While in the formative early work, the Dialectic of Enlightenment, co-written with Max Horkheimer, the tragic views are clear, in later works, such as the Aesthetic Theory and the Negative Dialectics, they are only implicit. The study reconstructs the tragic vision found in the Dialectic of Enlightenment and uses it as a key to understand Adorno’s mature philosophy.
