Kolmivaiheisen pyrolyysiprosessin mallintaminen

Työssä rakennetun mallin avulla määritettiin kolmivaiheisen hitaan pyrolyysiprosessin massa- ja energiavirrat. Mallissa reaktoriin syötettiin 2 kg tuoretta mäntyä, josta kuivausvaiheen jälkeen saatiin tuotteena 1 kg kuivaa puuta. Lämpötilassa 260 °C suoritetun torrefioinnin kiintosaanto oli 0,84 kg torrefiointiöljyn 0,13 kg ja kaasujen 0,04 kg. Hapan torrefiointiöljy sekä torrefiointikaasut johdettiin ulos prosessista ja torrefioitu puu pyrolysoitiin 450 °C:ssa, jolloin muodostui biohiiltä 0,28 kg, pyrolyysiöljyä 0,35 kg ja pyrolyysikaasuja 0,37 kg kiloa torrefioitua puuta kohti. This study is part of an international research collaboration aimed at identifying current and future trends and issues in technology education in Belgium, Finland, Japan and the USA. The three-round Delphi method was utilised to solicit information from technology education stakeholders in Finland from November 2019 to April 2020. The panel of experts (N=31) comprised technology education teacher educators, researchers and experts of the national LUMA (STEM) 2020 programme and technology education developers. Aim: Palms are iconic and dominant elements of neotropical forests. In the Amazon region, palms have been used and managed by humans for food, material, medicine and other purposes for millennia. It is, however, debated to what extent the structure of modern palm communities reflects long-term human modification.
