Varhaiskasvatuksen laatu suomalaisten ja portugalilaisten lastentarhanopettajien näkökulmasta : Q-menetelmällinen tutkimus

Tässä tutkimuksessa tarkastellaan suomalaisten ja portugalilaisten lastentarhanopettajien näkökulmia varhaiskasvatuksen laadusta. Kasvatusta ei koskaan toteuteta tyhjiössä vaan se luodaan vallitsevan kulttuurin ja siinä toimivien yksilöiden kesken. Toimintaperiaatteet ja käytännöt ovat ajallisesti, paikallisesti ja sosiaalisesti rakentuneita, jolloin niin varhaiskasvatus kuin sen laadun määritelmätkin vaihtelevat eri kulttuureissa. Tarkastelemalla rinnakkain eri kulttuureja on mahdollista päästä lähemmäksi sitä, mitä kunkin maan varhaiskasvatus on ytimeltään. Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is the most aggressive subtype of breast cancers and is not eligible for hormone and anti-HER2 therapies. Identifying therapeutic targets and associated biomarkers in TNBC is a clinical challenge to improve patients’ outcome and management. High infiltration of CD206+ M2-like macrophages in the tumor microenvironment (TME) indicates poor prognosis and survival in TNBC patients. A Quasilinear Parabolic Equation with Quadratic Growth of the Gradient modeling Incomplete Financial Markets

We consider a quasilinear parabolic equation with quadratic gradient terms. It arises in the modeling of an optimal portfolio which maximizes the expected utility from terminal wealth in incomplete markets consisting of risky assets and non-tradable state variables. The existence of solutions is shown by extending the monotonicity method of Frehse. Furthermore, we prove the uniqueness of weak solutions under a smallness condition on the derivatives of the covariance matrices with respect to the solution. The in influence of the non-tradable state variables on the optimal value function is illustrated by a numerical example.
Uhlmann curvature in dissipative phase transitions

We study the mean Uhlmann curvature in fermionic systems undergoing a dissipative driven phase transition. We consider a paradigmatic class of lattice fermion systems in non-equilibrium steady-state of an open system with local reservoirs, which are characterised by a Gaussian fermionic steady state. In the thermodynamical limit, in systems with translational invariance we show that a singular behaviour of the Uhlmann curvature represents a sufficient criterion for criticalities, in the sense of diverging correlation length, and it is not otherwise sensitive to the closure of the Liouvillian dissipative gap. The FAIR[1] facility is an international accelerator centre for research with ion and antiproton beams. It is being built at Darmstadt, Germany as an extension to the current GSI research institute. One major part of the facility will be the Super-FRS[2] separator, which will be include in phase one of the project construction. The NUSTAR experiments will benefit from the Super-FRS, which will deliver an unprecedented range of radioactive ion beams (RIB).
