Measures taken to prevent faults from being introduced or going undetected can secure development of highly reliable software systems. One such measure is analyzing root causes of recurring faults and preventing them from appearing again. Previous methods developed for this purpose have been reactive in nature and relied heavily on fault reporting mechanisms of ogranizations. Additionally, previous efforts lack a defined mechanism for innovating corrective actions. Tutkimukseni käsittelee sitä, miten kuvallisuus ilmentää poliittista ideologisuutta ja maailmankuvaa Pentti Saarikosken runokokoelmassa Mitä tapahtuu todella?. Teos ilmestyi vuonna 1962 ja kuuluu Saarikosken toisen, poliittisesti osallistuvan kauden tuotantoon. Tutkimuksessa yhdistyvät sosiologinen kirjallisuudentutkimus ja lyriikan analyysi. Keskeisiä käsitteitä tutkimuksessani ovat kuvallisuus, ideologia ja ideologisuus sekä maailmankuva. Osoitan tutkimuksessa, että Saarikosken kokoelman runokuvat ilmentävät sen poliittista ideologisuutta. Nella piana alluvionale di Licata (Sicilia meridionale), sotto un clima semiarido, vengono irrigati suoli con acque saline del fiume Salso e di falda (C5-S1) per la produzione di colture orticole. I dati analitici evidenziano processi di salinizzazione e sodicizzazione del suolo. La concentrazione salina dei suoli influenza la risposta quantitativa e qualitativa delle colture. Gli Autori, attraverso la composizione ionica di estratti acquosi di ceneri di zucchino e finocchio (Cucurbita pepo e Foeniculum vulgare) descrivono la qualità delle produzioni ottenute.

Austrumu un rietumu mītiem daudzu gadsimtu garumā bijusi būtiska loma dažādos literārajos darbos. Šī pētnieciskā darba mērķis ir pierādīt, ka austrumu un rietumu mītiem ir nozīmīga loma Salmana Rušdi romānā „Florences burve”. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika studēti dažādi austrumu un rietumu mīti, ieskaitot mītus no Tuvo Austrumu folkloras stāstu krājuma „Tūkstoš un vienas nakts pasakas”, mītu par Pigmalionu un Galateju, renesanses laika dzejoļus „Orlando innamorato” un „Orlando furioso”. Rezultāti pierāda, ka austrumu un rietumu mīti Rušdi romānā ir komplicēti un pārklāj cits citu, tie skar politiskas un sociālas problēmas. The fixed angle scattering problem and wave equation inverse problems with two measurements

We consider two formally determined inverse problems for the wave equation in more than one space dimension. Motivated by the fixed angle inverse scattering problem, we show that a compactly supported potential is uniquely determined by the far field pattern generated by plane waves coming from exactly two opposite directions. This implies that a reflection symmetric potential is uniquely determined by its fixed angle scattering data. We also prove a Lipschitz stability estimate for an associated problem. AbstractThe long-term sustainment of bullying prevention programs has rarely been investigated. This study addresses this gap by identifying facilitators and barriers to the systematic implementation of KiVa antibullying program in real-life conditions, after an evaluation trial. The study is based on focus group interviews with teachers from 15 Finnish primary schools implementing the KiVa program. The schools were selected based on the annual KiVa survey data, with the criteria of long-term involvement in delivering the program and reaching successful outcomes in terms of decreasing trends in bullying and victimization.
