Toward new organic/inorganic superlattices: Keggin polyoxometalates in Langmuir and Langmuir-Blodgett films

The effect of Keggin heteropolyoxotungstates (XW12O40n- with X = H2, P, Si, B or Co) on Langmuir films has been studied for monolayers of DODA (dimethyldioctadecylammonium) and DPPC (1,2-dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphorylcholine). Marked modifications of the compression isotherms have been observed when the Keggin anions were dissolved in the subphase: this demonstrates that the polyanions interact with the monolayer. Langmuir−Blodgett (LB) films have been readily obtained from these systems (even with DPPC) for a particular range in polyanion concentration. Abstract The structure of monolayers of Cd arachidate on water and on solid support, and the thickness dependent changes when building up a multilayer via the LB technique are studied by means of grazing incidence diffraction of X-ray. In monolayers the perpendicularly oriented amphiphilic molecules are arranged in a hexagonal lattice, whereas for thicker layers (even for three layers) they crystallize in an orthorhombic unit cell with a reduced molecular are ( A = 18.2 A 2 ) compared to that of the monolayer ( A = 19.7 A 2 ). Abstract Effect of peracetylated β-cyclodextrin on the solubility of diphenyl(4-phenylphenyl)phosphine in supercritical carbon dioxide medium has been investigated. As shown by gravimetric measurements, the presence of cyclodextrin (CD) (1 equivalent) allows to increase the solubility of phosphine (P) in supercritical carbon dioxide (scCO 2 ) (40 °C, 35.2 MPa, nominal system density 0.89 g/mL). This solubility enhancement was attributed to host–guest interactions in scCO 2 as the P was recovered in the form of an inclusion complex. Summary. Since 2007, when a grapevine decline caused by Lasiodiplodia theobromae was reported for the first time in Sicily, vines showing similar declining symptoms have been also found in other grape-growing areas of western and central Sicily. We report the result of a study on fungi associated with grapevine decline in Sicily, with particular regard to those belonging to the Botryosphaeriaceae. Four species were found to be associated with declining vines, namely Diplodia seriata, Lasiodiplodia sp., Neofusicoccum parvum and Neofusicoccum vitifusiforme, the latter species reported for the first time on Vitis vinifera in Italy.

Mērķa sasniegšanai tiks izveidots valodas korpuss, kas sastāv no latviešu valodā pieejamajiem dažādu blogu ierakstiem. Apskatot dažādu emociju modeļu piedāvātās emocijas tiks izvēlēti dažādi emociju vārdi, kuru semantika tiks apskatīta izveidotā valodas korpusa apakškorpusos. Salīdzinot emociju vārdu semantiku tiks apskatīti vārda konkordances saraksti katrā no izvēlētajiem apakškorpusiem. Kvalifikācijas darbā tiek iekļauta programmatūras prasību specifikācija (PPS) un programmatūras projektējuma apraksts (PPA) Datorikas fakultātes docētāju slodžu uzskaites sistēmai. Sistēma tika izstrādāta izmantojot Oracle datubāzi un Oracle SQL Developer , Sqlplus kā arī SQL*Loader . Sistēmas mērķis ir atvieglot to kā tiek aprēķinātas pasniedzēju slodzes, pēc kurām arī nosaka, kāds ir konkrētā docētāja atalgojums atkarība no izdarītā darba. Šajā sistēmā ir iespējams arī izmantot meklētaju, lai atrastu informāciju par konkrētu docētāju, kādus kursus pasniedz, cik studentiem māca, cik stundas ir nostrādāts.
