Bakalaura darbā “Bibliotēku katalogu lietojamības novērtējums” izvērtēta VNBK lietojamība tā lietotāju – LU SZF bakalaura studiju programmu studentu – skatījumā. Darba mērķis - izvērtēt VNBK lietojamību. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, tika veikts pētījums, kombinējot kvantitatīvo datu vākšanas metodi – anketēšanu - un kvalitatīvo datu vākšanas metodi – verbālie protokoli. Pētījums balstīts uz Pragmatisma teorijas atziņām un elektronisko informācijas sistēmu trīs komponentu mijiedarbības modeli, padziļināti aplūkojot informācijas sistēmas un tās lietotāju mijiedarbību, kas raksturo informācijas sistēmas lietojamību. Cisplatin analogs, having cytotoxic activity higher than that exerted by cisplatin, have recently triggered considerable interest by the community. The cis-[PtCl2(DMSO)HL]·2DMSO, where HL = 7-amino-2-(methylthio)[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-6-carboxylic acid, has shown a potent cytotoxic activity on HepG2 hepatocarcinoma cells, while under identical conditions, it did not affect normal immortalized human liver cells (Chang). Temporal patterns of action potentials influence a variety of activity-dependent intra- and intercellular processes and play an important role in theories of neural coding. Elucidating the mechanisms underlying these phenomena requires imposing spike trains with precisely defined patterns, but this has been challenging due to the limitations of existing stimulation techniques. Obesogen effects after perinatal exposure of 4,4′-sulfonyldiphenol (Bisphenol S) in C57BL/6 mice

International audience; Bisphenol A were removed from consumer products and replaced by chemical substitutes such as Bisphenol S (BPS). Based on their structural similarity, BPS may be obesogen like Bisphenol A in mice. Our objective was to determine the impact of BPS on lipid homeostasis in C57B1/6 mice after perinatal and chronic exposure. Pregnant mice were exposed to BPS via the drinking water (0.2; 1.5; 50 mu g/kg bw/d). Treatment began at gestational day 0 and continued in offspring up to 23-weeks old.
