Euroopan Unioni on asettanut Suomelle tavoitteeksi tuottaa 38 % energian loppukulutuksesta uusiutuvilla energiantuotantolähteillä vuonna 2020. Tuulivoima on Suomessa varsin uusi energiantuotantomuoto, minkä vuoksi tuulivoimahankkeiden YVA-menettelyjen (ympäristövaikutusten arviointimenettely) toteuttamistavat vaihtelevat paljon hankkeiden välillä. Tässä tutkimuksessa selvitettiin, miten maatuulivoimaloiden ympäristövaikutuksia on Suomessa arvioitu. The main purpose of this interpretation is to search for the theoretical structure of a prepared research tool, initially called the Teen Violence Scale Toward Parents (TVSTP). Autorka, opierając się na felietonach bośniackiego prozaika Aleksandra Hemona, wskazuje na aktywny, daleki od sentymentalizmu, kreatywny potencjał nostalgii, który nakierowany jest na przyszłość (a nie przeszłość). Zaangażowanie Hemona skierowane jest przeciw stanowi faktycznemu – rzeczywistości podzielonej Bośni i Hercegowiny, zaś gwarantem lepszej przyszłości ojczyzny pisarza są wartości obecne niegdyś w Jugosławii: wspólnota (umożliwiająca wymianę myśli i implikująca poczucie bycia częścią niejednorodnej zbiorowości) oraz nadzieja (związana z wiarą, że los jest w rękach jej mieszkańców, a jutro może być lepsze niż dziś).

The emergence of liminal cyberspace : challenges for the ontological work in cybersecurity

This philosophy-oriented paper examines cybersecurity and its ontological work in relation to spaces which are created by conventional perimeter security model and Zero Trust model. We argue that security works by a code of inclusion and exclusion, e.g., an individual user seeking access is either included or excluded in relation to the system. Therefore, cybersecurity divides the space through employing the code of inclusion/exclusion which directly affects the agency of users.
