Darba mērķis ir izpētīt kopīpašuma institūtu, labas ticības principu, šī principa piemērošanas nozīmi prasībās par kopīpašuma izbeigšanu un tā problemātiku. Apskatīt un noteikt iespējamos kopīpašuma regulējuma grozījumus. Lai sasniegtu mērķi darba autore izvirzīja uzdevumus izpētīt un analizēt Latvijas Republikas Civillikuma regulējumu un juridisko literatūru par kopīpašumu, labas ticības principa piemērošanas nozīmi Latvijas tiesu praksē par kopīpašuma izbeigšanu, kā arī iespējamus kopīpašuma regulējuma grozījumus. IFAC IESBA starptautiskā profesionālā grāmatvežu ētikas kodeksa un LR grāmatvedības regulējuma izmaiņu izpēte

Izvirzītā problēma – LR grāmatvežiem savā darbībā ir jāpiemēro LR normatīvais regulējums, bet profesionāliem grāmatvežiem arī IFAC IESBA Starptautiskā profesionālo grāmatvežu ētikas kodeksa prasības, kas bieži tiek grozītas. Mērķis: uz IFAC IESBA Starptautisko profesionālu grāmatvežu ētikas kodeksa un grāmatvežu darbības regulējuma izpētes pamata izstrādāt priekšlikumus grāmatvežu ētikas kodeksa piemērošanai un Latvijas Republikas grāmatvežu darbības normatīvā regulējuma pilnveidošanai. Izpētes rezultātā konstatēts, ka daudziem LR grāmatvežiem IFAC IESBA Starptautiskā profesionālo grāmatvežu ētikas kodeksa prasības nav zināmas, un sniegti priekšlikumi Finanšu ministrijai un LRGA.

Bakalaura darbā “Sociālo mediju loma publiskajā diplomātijā: latviešu diasporu analīze” pētīts, kā LR Ārlietu ministrija izmanto sociālos medijus, lai sasniegtu diasporu grupas ASV, Vācijā un Norvēģijā un kā latviešu diasporu organizācijas “Amerikas Latviešu apvienība”, “Latviešu Kopība Vācijā”, “Latviešu biedrība Norvēģijā” komunicē vēstījumus par LR proklamēšanas dienu sociālajos medijos. Teorētisko pamatu veido publiskās diplomātijas un sociālo mediju kā tās īstenošanas instrumenta teoriju iztirzājums. The stem rust resistance gene Rpg5 encodes a protein with nucleotide-binding-site, leucine-rich, and protein kinase domains

We isolated the barley stem rust resistance genes Rpg5 and rpg4 by map-based cloning. These genes are colocalized on a 70-kb genomic region that was delimited by recombination. The Rpg5 gene consists of an unusual structure encoding three typical plant disease resistance protein domains: nucleotide-binding site, leucine-rich repeat, and serine threonine protein kinase. The predicted RPG5 protein has two putative transmembrane sites possibly involved in membrane binding. The gene is expressed at low but detectable levels. This thesis concerns the study of an innovative moment resisting connection device to be adopted in the so-called moment resisting steel frames. Following previous seismic events, such as Northridge in 1994, many steel structures characterized by welded connections between beams and columns experienced extended damages and diffused brittle failures, making the facilities unserviceable and economically disadvantageous to repair. LRPH connection is a special steel device mainly usable to join beam elements of plane or spatial steel frames. It is identified as Limited Resistance Rigid Perfectly Plastic Hinge and it is covered by patent n. 102017000088597 at the Italian Ministry of Economic Development and identified in the International Patent System with the number PCT/IB2018/055766. The difficulties in measuring total fitness of individuals necessitate the use of fitness surrogates in ecological and evolutionary studies. These surrogates can be different components of fitness (e.g. survival or fecundity), or proxies more uncertainly related to fitness (e.g. body size or growth rate). Inhibitors of the Bromo- and Extra-Terminal domain (BET) family proteins have strong preclinical antitumor activity in multiple tumor models, including lymphomas. Limited single-agent activity has been reported in the clinical setting. Here, we have performed a pharmacological screening to identify compounds that can increase the antitumor activity of BET inhibitors in lymphomas.
