The decline of wild pollinators leads to a drastic drop in the associated ecosystem service, resulting in significant lossesin agricultural yields. The production of blackcurrant “Noir de Bourgogne” could potentially be tripled, if populationsof wild pollinators were restored. Various agroecological measures beneficial to pollinators are discussed here, as wellas ongoing experimental tests. The inflammasome NLRP3 (NOD like receptor pyd containing 3) is a multiprotein complex notably responsible for IL-1β (interleukine-1β) production, an inflammatory cytokine. Negative effects have been observed in various diseases including cancer. My thesis focuses on the effects of NLRP3 in cancer.In my first project, I studied the NLRP3 inflammasome activation in MDSC (myeloïd derived suppressor cells) after a chemotherapy treatment. Two chemotherapies, 5-Fluorouracil and Gemcitabine, are selectively able to kill MDSC, an immunosuppressive population growing during cancer evolution. MDSC’s death restores anti-tumor immunity for a while but another immunosuppressive population is established…

Le cancer colorectal se situe au 3ème rang mondial des cancers les plus fréquents derrière les cancers du sein et du poumon. Dans le cas de cancer colorectal métastatique, la première ligne thérapeutique repose sur l’utilisation d’une association de chimiothérapies : le FOLFOX (acide FOLinique, 5-Fluorouracile et OXaliplatine). In the course of its history, the Musee des Ursulines, at Macon, collected about 10 bronze figurines, some of them found as early as the mid-17th c. This article describes this largely unpublished collection and its scientific implications. Among the new data appears a votive bronze statuette, of italic type, found locally and datable to the Vth-IVth c. BC.

The recent discovery of three horse shaped fibulae – a pair with a cavalryman from Ecrille in the Jura and a fibula from the La Chambre sector in Savoie as well as a bird shaped fibula from Charpey in the Drome, all dating from the second half of the 5th century or around 500 AD, provide valuable references in the context of the Burgundian settlement in the Centre-East and the South-East of Gaul. The map is still incomplete notably for the area to the south of Lyon, precisely where La Chambre and Charpey are located. Relating to the Ecrille discovery, it provides new information in relation to this defended site underlining its importance.

International audience; “When” posts have now become a staple of microblogging platforms such as Twitter, Tumblr or Facebook. They consist of two things: a verbal caption opening with “When” followed by an assertive clause describing a situation of life on the one hand, and a static or moving image presenting a visual elaboration of the situation described in the caption on the other hand. “When” posts rely on the striking relationship between what the caption describes and what the image shows.
