Introduction: Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) is a component of gram-negative bacteria, known for its ability to trigger inflammation. The main pathway of LPS clearance is the reverse lipopolysaccharide transport (RLT), with phospholipid transfer protein (PLTP) and lipoproteins playing central roles in this process in experimental animal models. To date, the relevance of this pathway has never been studied in humans. Cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass is known to favor LPS digestive translocation. Šaka-Hartmana aberometrijas izmantošana tīklenes biezuma mērīšanai in vivo

Darbs uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 30 lappusēm, satur 26 attēlus, 3 pielikumu, 24 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis: izpētīt Šaka- Hartmana aberometrijas pielietojumu tīklenes biezuma mērījumiem. Pētījuma dalībnieki: 10 cilvēki. Vidējais vecums 24,3 +/- 4,37 gadi (diapazons, 20- 35 gadi). Nevienam no pētījuma dalībniekiem nav konstatētas acu slimības vai sistēmiskas saslimšanas, kam ir ietekme uz refrakciju. Metode: ar Šaka- Hartmana aberometriju tika mērīts tīklenes biezums. Daļa rezultātu tika salīdzināti ar okulokoherento tomogrāfiju. Tika noskaidrots arī tīklenes fantoma biezums. Introducción: debido a la presencia de Morus alba en los captadores de polen del área de Valencia, así como la falta de estudios de sensibilización y relevancia clínica con dicho polen, la alergia a este polen podría estar infradiagnosticada. Además, es posible que exista reactividad cruzada con otros pólenes del área de estudio ya que actualmente únicamente hay dos proteínas descritas en polen de Morus alba y ambas son panalérgenos, alérgenos con homología estructural en su secuencia de aminoácicos y que pertenecen a distintas fuentes alergénicas.
