International audience; Les micro‐fossiles non polliniques (MNP) constituent un vaste groupe de bioindicateurs (propagules ou forme de résistance, entre autres) issus de différents organismes (champignons, algues, plancton, bactérie, animaux, végétaux etc.). Si leur analyse est désormais fréquente dans les études palynologiques menées dans les milieux naturels (lacs ou zones humides), les MNP sont encore peu exploités en contexte archéologique. Global circulating miR (c-miR) expression patterns (c-miRnome) change with carcinogenesis in various sporadic cancers. Therefore, aberrantly expressed c-miRs could have diagnostic, predictive and prognostic potential in molecular profiling of cancers. c-miR functions in carriers of inherited pathogenic mismatch-repair gene variants (path_MMR), also known as Lynch syndrome (LS), have remained understudied. Binding abilities of polyaminocyclodextrins: polarimetric investigations and biological assays.

Three polyaminocyclodextrin materials, obtained by direct reaction between heptakis(6-deoxy-6-iodo)-β-cyclodextrin and the proper linear polyamines, were investigated for their binding properties, in order to assess their potential applications in biological systems, such as vectors for simultaneous drug and gene cellular uptake or alternatively for the protection of macromolecules. In particular, we exploited polarimetry to test their interaction with some model p-nitroaniline derivatives, chosen as probe guests. Recovering a variable exponent

We consider an inverse problem of recovering the non-linearity in the one dimensional variable exponent $p(x)$-Laplace equation from the Dirichlet-to-Neumann map. The variable exponent can be recovered up to the natural obstruction of rearrangements. The main technique is using the properties of a moment problem after reducing the inverse problem to determining a function from its $L^p$-norms.

The Bishop-Phelps-Bollobás property for bilinear forms and polynomials

For a $\sigma$-finite measure $\mu$ and a Banach space $Y$ we study the Bishop-Phelps-Bollobás property (BPBP) for bilinear forms on $L_1(\mu)\times Y$, that is, a (continuous) bilinear form on $L_1(\mu)\times Y$ almost attaining its norm at $(f_0,y_0)$ can be approximated by bilinear forms attaining their norms at unit vectors close to $(f_0,y_0)$. In case that $Y$ is an Asplund space we characterize the Banach spaces $Y$ satisfying this property. We also exhibit some class of bilinear forms for which the BPBP does not hold, though the set of norm attaining bilinear forms in that class is dense.

Differential effects of perceptions of equal, favourable and unfavourable autonomy support on educational and well-being outcomes

Abstract In this study, we examined whether high-school students experienced optimal educational and well-being outcomes when they perceived that they and their classmates received an equal, rather than unequal, and high amount of autonomy support from teachers. In a prospective study that aimed to predict academic grades and well-being outcomes, surface analyses of polynomial regression equations pointed that perceptions of equal autonomy support were the most optimal in terms of yielding highest levels of need satisfaction, autonomous forms of motivation and happiness with math courses. National audience; À l’occasion des récentes fouilles archéologiques réalisées dans la plaine de la Tille, au sud-est de Dijon (Bourgogne), une approche luridisciplinaire croisant micromorphologie, palynologie et paléoparasitologie, a été mise en oeuvre. Son objet était d’exploiter au mieux les informations piégées dans le remplissage de structures creusées entre le Néolithique moyen et l’Antiquité, sachant que ces structures constituentsouvent les seuls vestiges de ces occupations passées. Les premiers résultats de cette approche permettent de discuter différents points touchant aux modalités d’occupation et à la dynamique environnementale.
