Codes related to article "Graphs and Kernelized Learning Applied to Interactions of Hydrogen with Doped Gold Nanoparticle Electrocatalysts". There are two main types of codes: codes to transform a catalytic system of protected gold nanoparticle and a single hydrogen atom into a graph-based representation, and codes to run kernel-based machine learning methods to predict interaction energies between the nanoparticle and the hydrogen atom. This is a snapshot of the code dataset that has been taken on 06.06.2023. A more detailed description of the data and the address to the GitLab repository for the latest version of the code can be found from the parent dataset of this data publication.

Kopolimery cyklicznych olefin (COCs) stanowią obiecującą grupę materiałów o specyficznych, możliwych do zaprojektowania właściwościach. Szczególnym zainteresowaniem w tej grupie związków cieszą się kopolimery etylenu z norbornenem. Do ich syntezy stosuje się różnorodne kompleksy metali przejściowych, przede wszystkim pierwiastków z grupy 4. Artykuł stanowi przegląd literatury dotyczącej wykorzystania katalizatorów wanadowych z różnego rodzaju ligandami w syntezie kopolimerów etylenu z norbornenem. Opisano wpływ ligandów i warunków prowadzenia reakcji na aktywność oraz wybrane właściwości otrzymanych kopolimerów.

Composition of catalytic system and copolymerization reaction conditions influence on heterogeneity of ethylene/1-hexene copolymers obtained over MgCI2(THF)2/MAO/Cp2ZrCl2/MAO catalyst was studied. One of the DSC techniques, i.e. successive self-nucleation/annealing (SSA) method allowing separation of the polymer into fractions with differing chemical composition in result of alternating crystallization and melting cycles was applied. Technology of microbial fuel cells allowing for the direct production of electricity from biodegradable materials can provide only energy production, but also wastewater treatment. Badanie aktywności katalizatorów Ni-Al2O3 w procesie uwodornienia kwasu maleinowego

Zbadano wpływ zawartości aluminium na aktywność katalizatorów Ni-Al2O3 w procesie uwodornienia kwasu maleinowego. Aktywność katalityczną mierzono metodą potencjometryczną. Najwyższą aktywność katalityczną wykazywał katalizator zawierający 1% mol. Al. Stwierdzono obniżenie aktywności badanych katalizatorów ze wzrostem temperatury procesu uwodornienia.

Evaluation of the concept of heterology in a monoclonal antibody-based ELISA utilizing direct hapten linkage to polystyrene microtiter plates.

A series of new heterologous haptens has been synthesized and used as coating haptens in an antigen-immobilized immunoassay with a monoclonal antibody against atrazine. Coating was achieved by covalently linking the different haptens to a glutaraldehyde network directly bound to the polystyrene surface of a standard 96-well microtiter plate. With the assay designed in the antigen-immobilized format with direct chemical linkage of the hapten to the solid polystyrene surface well-defined hapten densities were achieved in all experiments.
