Although increasing studies have confirmed the distinction between emotion-label words (words directly label emotional states) and emotion-laden words (words evoke emotions through connotations), the existing evidence is inconclusive, and their embodiment is unknown. Lietojuma norādes sniedz svarīgu informāciju par leksikas vienību lietojumu. Šī darba mērķis ir izpētīt lietojuma norādes piecās vadošajās angļu valodas mācību vārdnīcās, lai noskaidrotu, vai vārdnīcas izmanto konsekventu pieeju attiecībā uz lietojuma norāžu izmantošanu. Pētījumā tiek izmantota aprakstošā un salīdzinošā satura analīzes metode. Pētījuma ietvaros arī tika veikta aptauja, lai uzzinātu, kāda ir lietotāju attieksme pret lietojuma norāžu atspoguļojumu vārdnīcās un cik lielā mērā tās ir noderīgas lietotājiem. Echovirus 1 (EV1) kuuluu Pikornavirusperheeseen ja tarkemmin luokiteltuna Enterovirusten sukuun. EV1 on pieni ja vaipaton RNA-virus, jonka proteiinikuori koostuu neljästä proteiinista VP1-VP4. Infektion on osoitettu alkavan, kun EV1 tarttuu α2β1-integriiniin solun pinnalla, jonka jälkeen virus otetaan solun sisään kaveoliinivälitteistä endosytoosia sekä makropinosytoosia muistuttavalla mekanismilla. Toisaalta sitä, kuinka virus avautuu sekä vapauttaa RNA:nsa, ei vielä tarkalleen tiedetä.
