Artikkelissa tarkastellaan populismin ideologista väkevöitymistä populistisen radikaalioikeiston herättämänä kysymyksenä. Ernesto Laclaun käsittein kuvataan aluksi argumentaatioltaan heikoksi mainitun populistisen retoriikan liikettä muodostavaa voimaa. Laclaun kuvaamat ”tyhjät” ja ”kelluvat” merkitsijät voivat panostua myös ideologisesti liikkeen luonnetta muuttavalla tavalla. The paper discusses different frameworks of knowledge production within the discourses and practices of Russian cultural policy. Russian cultural policy as an administrative sector has been developed in line with two distinctive governmental regimes, more precisely during the period of liberal decentralisation of the 1990s and the conservative centralisation from 2011 up until today. The present article aims to examine critically Laclau’s claim that the trend toward social heterogenization revokes the Dialectic, or, more specifically, the clear and strict line of demarcation between what falls within the Dialectic and what falls outside of it. Polemicizing with the assumption of this reading, I argue that the appearance of a radical heterogeneity rather exposes the undecidability of relations between the Dialectic and what is a heterogeneity. Käsillä oleva tutkielma tarkastelee Ernesto Laclaun poliittista filosofiaa kansainvälisen politiikan näkökulmasta. Ennen kaikkea Laclaun tulkinta universalismin ja partikularismin välisestä suhteesta on työn kannalta keskeisessä osassa. This article analyses how specific nodal points of performative control developed and consequently structured the discourse on Aotearoa New Zealand’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. It identifies these points by adopting a rhetorical-performative approach to uncover three particular performances of control that articulated the pandemic in Aotearoa New Zealand, from the diagnosis of the first COVID-19 case in the country in February 2020 through to October 2020. Perusopetuksen opetussuunnitelman perusteet on lainsäädännön ohella merkittävin asiakirja, jolla perusopetuksen toimintaa ohjataan ja määritellään Suomessa. Tässä tutkimuksessa tarkastelen POPS2014-opetussuunnitelmaa poliittisena dokumenttina, joka on syntynyt eri intressiryhmien valtataistelun tuloksena. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on selvittää, millaisia ideologisia piirteitä opetussuunnitelman arvoperustaan on artikuloitu ja millaisilla artikulaatioilla hegemoniaa pyritään rakentamaan.
