Abstract Chlorohydrocarbons, PCB congeners, polychlorodioxins, furans and dibenzothiophenes in pine needles in the vicinity of a metal reclamation plant were analyzed by GC/ECD and GC/MS. Wax and the rest of the needles were analyzed separately. As a rule the concentrations of α-HCH (0.5–13.6 ng/g), γ-HCH (0.4–7.3 ng/g), HCB (0.2–3.4 ng/g), PCB congeners (0.2–67 ng/g), PCDDs and PCDFs were higher in the older needles. The ratio of the concentration in the wax to the concentration in the rest of the needles was higher in the younger needles. Identity formation in political and occupational domains was examined from young to middle adulthood based on an ongoing longitudinal study. In addition to the participants’ identity status (diffused, moratorium, foreclosed, achieved), we assessed their perceived importance of politics, future orientation, and career stability four times in adulthood, at ages 27, 36, 42, and 50. The number of participants varied between analyses, from 168 to 291. Changes in the economic situation in Finland from 1986 to 2009 provided a context for the study. Salīdzinošā analīze attēlu aizpildīšanas uzdevumam, izmantojot GAN neironu tīklus

Aizpildīšanas algoritmi tiek izmantoti attēlu apstrādē, lai labotu attēlu bojātās vai trūkstošās krāsojuma daļas. Šajā darbā tika salīdzināti trīs dziļās mašīnmācīšanās modeļi trūkstošo reģionu aizpildīšanai. Tika sniegti kvalitatīvs salīdzinājums, kvantitatīvi rezultāti un lietotāja izpēte DeepFill v2, CoModGAN un LaMa attēlu izpildīšanas algoritmiem. Tiek izmantotas Places2 un CelebA-HQ datu kopas, lai norādītu vairākas problēmas ar kurām sastopas attēlu atjaunošanā.
