Darba tēma ir saistīta ar likumu pieņemšanu steidzamības kārtā un to nosakošajiem faktoriem. Pētījuma pamatā ir problēmjautājums, kā politiskie aktieri ietekmē likumprojektu pieņemšanu steidzamības kārtā, un vai steidzamības kārta ietekmē likuma kvalitāti. Līdz ar to var tikt ietekmēta valsts politika. Darba mērķi ir noskaidrot, kas nosaka likumprojektu pieņemšanu steidzamības kārtā, kas ir to iesniedzēji, un kuras komisijas atbildīgas. Darbā noteikti uzdevumi ir uzzināt faktorus, kas nosaka likumu pieņemšanu steidzamības kārtā, un kuri nozīmīgākie politiskie aktieri. Darbā tiek izmantota gadījuma analīze. Encapsulació lèxica i avaluació en el debat parlamentari

Lexical encapsulation consists of a series of abstract unspecific nouns (fact, plan...) referring to predicative antecedents. This study is based on a corpus of parliamentary debate in English, Catalan and Spanish (PD) and deals with encapsulation as a complex lexical cohesion device which allows the addressor to evaluate the information of the debates in various ways. Our work tries to highlight the role of lexical encapsulation to reflect the addressor’s positioning with respect to the topic discussed, and to establish whether there are outstanding cross-linguistic differences. Synaptopodin (SP) is a marker and essential component of the spine apparatus (SA), an enigmatic cellular organelle composed of stacked smooth endoplasmic reticulum that has been linked to synaptic plasticity. However, SP/SA-mediated synaptic plasticity remains incompletely understood. To study the role of SP/SA in homeostatic synaptic plasticity we here used denervation-induced synaptic scaling of mouse dentate granule cells as a model system. The germ cell nuclear factor (GCNF) is essential for normal embryonic development and gametogenesis. To test the prediction that GCNF is additionally required for neuronal differentiation, we used the mouse embryonal carcinoma cell line PCC7-Mz1, which represents an advantageous model to study neuronal cells from the stage of fate choice until the acquirement of functional competence. We generated stable transfectants that express gcnf sense or antisense RNA under the control of a tetracycline-regulated promoter. After retinoic acid-induced withdrawal from the cell cycle, sense clones developed a neuron network with changed properties, and the time course of neuron maturation was shortened.…
