La fisura labiopalatina es una de las malformaciones congénitas craneofaciales más importantes a tener en cuenta por el odontólogo general debido a su alta incidencia y a su elevada repercusión en la cavidad oral. Sus causas se deben a factores genéticos y predominantemente a factores ambientales, haciendo su aparición ya en el período embrionario. El sexo masculino se encuentra más afectado, en una relación de 7:3. La asociación más frecuente es el labio leporino unilateral total con fisura palatina, que es el caso que nos atañe. La sindrome metabolica (SM) si accompagna ad un elevato rischio cardiovascolare. Oltre ai tradizionali fattori di rischio, dei quali la SM rappresenta un’aggregazione, sono identificabili fattori non tradizionali quali l’assetto emoreologico. È noto da tempo che un disordine emoreologico si accompagna alla SM, ed è ipotizzabile una sua influenza sui meccanismi che instaurano e mantengono l’insulino-resistenza. The minimum volume design of plane frames constituted by elastic perfectly plastic material and subjected to appropriate combinations of fixed, cyclic and dynamic loads is studied. The influence on the design, in terms of cost (volume) and behavioural features, of seismic protecting devices is particularly focused. The considered protecting device is a lead rubber bearing base isolation system. A study on the grammaticalization of deverbal, denominal and deadjectival prepositions in French out of Latin ablative absolute (AA) constructions has highlighted two main points of contact that could have allowed the process to take place: the preservation both of the original predicative quality and of the primal circumstantial syntactic function of the item-under-change.
