Huono johtaminen lääkärikontekstissa

Tämän tutkimuksen tavoitteena on selvittää, millaisia ilmenemismuotoja huono johtaminen saa lääkärikontekstissa. Aineiston keruumenetelmänä käytettiin puolistrukturoitua haastattelua (n=50). Kaikki aineiston informantit ovat lääkäreitä. Tutkimusaineisto analysoitiin sisällönanalyysin avulla, jonka tuloksena syntyi huonon lääkärijohtamisen teemoittelu.
