Celem artykułu jest ustalenie, jak przebiega rywalizacja polityczna na poziomie samorządowym w woj. opolskim, tzn. czy lokalne podmioty skutecznie współzawodniczą z partiami politycznymi i czy ostateczny rezultat wpisuje się w specyfikę elekcji na poziomie subnarodowym (tzn., czy upartyjnienie wzrasta wraz ze szczeblem samorządu), czy też odznacza się jakimiś cechami charakterystycznymi. Shape Sensitivity Analysis and Gradient-Based Optimization of Large Structures Using MLFMA

A fast method for computing the action of shape-differentiated electric field integral equation (EFIE) system matrix to a vector is derived exploiting the multilevel fast multipole algorithm (MLFMA). The proposed method is used in conjunction with the adjoint-variable method (AVM) to compute the shape gradient of arbitrary objective functions depending on shape of a metallic scatterer. The method is demonstrated numerically by optimizing the shape of a parabolic reflector illuminated with a half-wave dipole.

Resumen: Ese trabajo analiza la traduccion catalana del Decameron de 1429 centrandose en las particularidades de la narrativa, especialmente la relacion entre el autor y el lector. Sin dejar de lado aspectos propios de la traduccion en aquel momento, se enfatiza el valor de este texto, en ocasiones considerado una mera adaptacion, como una obra humanistica, un documento de la asimilacion del humanismo italiano en la Corona de Aragon. Artykuł podejmuje problem obsadzania mandatów bez głosowania w wyborach do rad gmin w gminach liczących do 20 tys. mieszkańców. W stosunku do wyborów z 2014 r. liczba takich przypadków wzrosła w 2018 r. o 77%. Electoral rights belong to the core of citizenship in democratic nation-states. Voting, then, represents an actualization of the relationship between the citizen and the political community. For citizens living outside the country in which they are eligible to vote, voting signifies a rare institutional connection to the country of origin.
