W artykule zostanie przeprowadzona analiza statusu prawnego wyodrębnionych kościelnych jednostek organizacyjnych, o których mowa w art. 12 Ustawy z dnia 17 maja 1989 r. o stosunku państwa do Kościoła katolickiego w Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej, uznanych przez właściwego miejscowo dyrektora izby administracji skarbowej za odrębne podmioty podatkowe. The article discusses the issue of changes of the bases of legitimization for the state judiciary in the US during the so-called “Jacksonian Democracy”, i.e., the period from 1829 (the beginning of the presidency of Andrew Jackson) until the outbreak of the Civil War. During this period on the wave of the democratization process of public institutions in the US, popular elections were introduced to select judges at the state level. Abstract Sponges (phylum Porifera) are the phylogenetic oldest Metazoa still extant. They can be considered as reference animals (Urmetazoa) for the understanding of the evolutionary processes resulting in the creation of Metazoa in general and also for the metazoan gene organization in particular. In the marine sponge Suberites domuncula , genes encoding p38 and JNK kinases contain nine and twelve introns, respectively. Eight introns in both genes share the same positions and the identical phases. One p38 intron slipped for six bases and the JNK gene has three more introns. Public relations scholarship has drawn on organisational legitimacy theory to show how organisations appeal to stakeholders’ acceptance of their existence and importance in society. Studies have shown how different types of organisations utilise communication strategies in social media to gain legitimacy. This chapter contributes to public relations research by examining how a sample of business schools implemented legitimation strategies in their social media posts when their legitimacy was threatened.
