The concept of affordances has been increasingly applied to the study of information and communication technologies (ICTs) in organizational contexts. However, almost no research operationalizes affordances, limiting comparisons and programmatic research. This article briefly reviews conceptualizations and possibilities of affordances in general and for media, then introduces the concept of organizational media affordances as organizational resources. The Impact of Internet and Social Media Use on Well-Being

The present research examines the longitudinal average impact of frequency of use of Internet and social networking sites (SNS) on subjective well-being of adolescents in Germany. Based on five-wave panel data that cover a period of nine years, we disentangle between-person and within-person effects of media use on depressive symptomatology and life satisfaction as indicators of subjective well-being. Additionally, we control for confounders such as TV use, self-esteem, and satisfaction with friends. Luottamuksen on havaittu olevan erittäin merkittävä yhteiskunta koossa pitävä ja kehittävä voima. Se voi hyvinkin olla Pohjoismaiden menestyksen salaisuus. Tässä tutkielmassa pureudutaan empiirisin tilastomenelmin median eri tyyppien parissa vietetyn ajan ja yhteiskunnallisen luottamuksen väliseen yhteyteen Suomessa. Aihetta ei kirjoitushetkellä ole muualla juuri tutkittu Suomen aineistoa käyttäen. Tutkimuksen päähavainnot ovat, että sanomalehtien luku on yhteydessä yksilön korkeaan yhteiskunnalliseen luottamukseen, ja television katselu vastaavasti enteilee alhaista luottamuksen tasoa.

In general, fruits and Se ingest by humans are below the recommended daily intake value. Fresh fruits are highly susceptible to deterioration during storage. Fermentation can improve the storage period, sensory profile, and bioactive compound content of foods; moreover, some lactic acid bacteria can accumulate organic Se intracellularly.
