Lexicografia i variació funcional

Actituds lingüístiques dels lexicògrafs valencians del segle XIX
1991
Linguistic attitudes shown by the Valencian lexicographers during the 19th century do vary considerably and range from Sanelo and Llombart's very positive views in favour of a standard norm, to the rather uncommitted and more neutral position of Escrig, or the very negative outlook represented by Cabrera.
Carles Salvador, l'autoritat gramatical
2015
Carles Salvador had strong nationalistic convictions and was very active in promoting the Catalan language in several areas, specifically in developing treatises on spelling, grammar and lexicography. His work would help consolidate the standardization of Catalan in the Valencian Country and would make him an unquestionable authority on Catalan grammar.
La lexicografia catalana a l'Alguer
1994
The re are a few alguerès works made with lexicographic methods or pretensions, apart from some contributions more or less interesting or useful for the knowledge of the local language, intended principally for dialectologists: only two titles produce explicitly the label of «Vocabulary» or «Dictionary» and use the typical structure of this kind of works. We can add to these references an unpublished work by G. Palomba.

La lexicografia general i la normativa
1994
As a starting point we take the real needs of the present language users, specially those professionals of linguistic Services, in order to get a clear picture of which of their needs could be satisfied by a general language dictionary and which by a normative dictionary. The vagueness of the concept «normativity» is pointed out and the opinion is expressed that it is not easy to define in a precise way which of the needs mentioned ought to be the subject of normativity. The article concludes with a series of concrete examples which illustrate the concepts presented.
