Postcolonialism and Decoloniality. Resistance and Counter-Conducts in the Current Neoliberalism

Post and de-colonial studies define a huge and heterogeneous field of research, crossing several disciplines and territories. Their interdisciplinary interaction produces a fruitful and open space with vague boundaries. Divergent positions, sometimes even contradictory, different ways of being postcolonial prevent us from considering them as a homogeneous entity. However, the heterogeneity of the positions inside and across postcolonial and decolonial studies cannot be separated from a common basis, a core of concepts that move the analysis from the same starting point: the event of colonization.

La investigación tiene como propósito demostrar que la prensa feminista, debe ser considerada como herramienta en la promoción y defensa de los derechos humanos. Se desarrolló desde un enfoque cualitativo, examinando las investigaciones de cuatro reconocidas periodistas mexicanas. De los principales debates que se problematizan, se desprende que la prensa debe ser un ente vigilante de los grupos de poder. Al incluirse la perspectiva feminista en el periodismo, los mensajes que se transmiten contienen una significación práctica que intrínsecamente coadyuva en el reconocimiento de la dignidad de las mujeres. The aim of the article is to summarize and reassess the innovations brought about by governance theory. It is argued that the notion of governance is a conceptual device that could help rationalise and articulate the changes undertaken by liberal democracies since the late 1970s. The article suggests the need to distinguish between two distinct research programmes composing governance studies, which are influenced by alternative epistemic traditions—political economy and economic sociology. The critique of practical reason, in all its possible forms, has a far more important and decisive role in Kelsen’s thought than the rejection of Natural law doctrine. Admitting that a practical use of reason is legitimate, namely, that there is a possible connection between intellect and will, would mean destroying the whole foundation of the scientific undertaking of the Pure Theory of law and its conception of the legal norm, which is its central aspect. The aim of this contribution is to illustrate how the pragmadialectical model of critical discussion may be explained and studied with the jurors' deliberations in the film 12 Angry Men. The film itself may be understood as an argument by example, and to defend this idea we take into consideration the thesis that the filmmaker wants to establish, the constraints of the medium, and the three classical perspectives on argumentation.

A partire da un punto di vista in debito con le analisi di Foucault, si cercherà di inquadrare la questione della precarietà all’interno della più ampia prospettiva dell’egemonia del neoliberalismo. In particolare, dopo aver descritto alcune delle peculiarità delle forme di vita precarie, ci si soffermerà sul programma di ricerca sul capitale umano, con il quale la riflessione pedagogica non può non aprire un confronto. A tal proposito, alla fine dell’articolo, verranno prese brevemente in esame alcune potenziali alternative al dispositivo teorico del capitale umano.
