Chemical ligation has been used to alter motions in specific regions of dihydrofolate reductase from E. coli and to investigate the effects of localized motional changes on enzyme catalysis. Two isotopic hybrids were prepared; one with the mobile N-terminal segment containing heavy isotopes (2H, 13C, 15N) and the remainder of the protein with natural isotopic abundance, and the other one with only the C-terminal segment isotopically labeled. Wykonywanie kary pozbawienia wolności związane jest z izolowaniem skazanych w zakładach karnych odpowiedniego typu. Warunki w zakładzie typu zamkniętego zostały tak określone, że  prawa skazanych ograniczono głównie ze względu na konieczność utrzymania ładu i porządku wewnętrznego. After ligation of the vascular arcades of the upper jejunum in rats, the ischemic damage to the intestinal mucosa and its regenerative behavior after ischemia lasting 120 minutes were investigated with histological and enzyme-histochemical methods. During the ischemic injury of the jejunal mucosa, there is rejection of hydropically swollen epithelial cells into the intestinal lumen advancing from the tip to the base of the villi without a previously detectable loss of activity of the enzymes investigated. In this work, we describe the synthesis of block copolypeptides, polypeptoids and block copolypept(o)ides by chemical ligation techniques. Nel caso di atti a titolo gratuito invece la revoca mira a evitare un ingiustificato arricchimento del terzo. The paper examines the juridical nature of the actio pauliana and of the bankrupty invalidation action and the reasons of these actions, which are based on a tort committed by the debtor and by the third party. In the case of free-of-charge deeds, however, these actions aim to avoid unjustified enrichment of the third party.
