Il saggio esamina l’evoluzione della disciplina del riallineamento retributivo, e delle successive esperienze, volte a consentire alle imprese di applicare il contratto collettivo in modo graduale. Esamina altresì le ragioni per le quali il riallineamento retributivo non è praticabile, senza una disposizione che lo ammetta espressamente. The paper analyzes the evolution of wage realignment discipline, and the following rules, aimed to let enterprises progressively apply collective agreements. Abstract The tectonic evolution at the junction of the Panafrican Kaoko and Damara belts is well recorded in the siliciclastic and carbonate successions of the Neoproterozoic Zerrissene turbidite system, metamorphosed to the biotite zone of the greenschist facies. The structures in the turbidites are attributed to two main deformational events. The older one generated two continuous folding phases, D1 and D2, and the younger one resulted in D3 deformation. D1, of dominant E–W shortening, caused upright kilometre-scale folds with well-developed axial planar cleavage, N–S trending axial planes and subhorizontal axes. The study is part of a larger project that involves the analysis of recently identified Deep-Seated Gravitational Slope Deformation (DSGSD) in Sicily which have been sub-divided according to the geological framework in light of the new geological data about the regional setting. A geochemical traverse along the “Sperchios Basin – Evoikos Gulf” graben (Central Greece): Origin and evolution of the emitted fluids

The studied area is a 130 km long fast spreading graben in Central Greece. Its complex geodynamical setting includes both the presence of a subduction slab at depth responsible for the recent (Quaternary) volcanic activity in the area and the western termination of a tectonic lineament of regional importance (the North-Anatolian fault). A high geothermal gradient is made evident by the presence of many thermal springs with temperatures from 19 to 82 °C, that discharge along the normal faults bordering the graben.
