Die Situation der Deutschen unter der Zweiten Republik Polens wurde schon mehrfach analysiert. In ihrer 2007 an der Universität Oldenburg vorgelegten Dissertation untersucht Beata Lakeberg die Beziehungen der Deutschen zur Mehrheit der Bevölkerung (den Polen) und zur zweitgrößten Minderheit (den Juden). Die Presse der deutschen Minderheit erweist sich dabei als geeignete Quelle, um die Meinungen der Deutschen zu veranschaulichen. This chapter provides an evaluative summary of the major contributions from the first section of this book, comprising conceptualisations on professional agency and work-related learning. The evaluation focuses on the differences, similarities, and strengths of the approaches and conceptualisations touched on. The focus is, first of all, on how the core meanings of agency and the agentic perspective are understood. Mediante vídeos, fotografías, titulares de periódico e incluso poemas los aprendientes conocerán las causas de la crisis económica así como la forma que tienen los españoles de afrontar la crisis.
