Pre-service teachers’ self-efficacy in implementing inclusive practices and resilience in Finland

This study aims to explore Finnish pre-service teachers' self-efficacy in implementing inclusive education and their resilience. Survey data were collected from 105 pre-service teachers studying in a teacher education programme in one university in Finland. The relationships between pre-service teachers' self-efficacy in implementing inclusive practices, their perceived resilience, and background variables were examined using structural equation modelling. The results confirmed a three-factor structure for self-efficacy in implementing inclusive practices among the pre-service teachers. This paper explores the multitude of ways in which Finnish fifth and sixth grade elementary school pupils experience and present their agency in English lessons, with a special focus on pupils' silence and resistance. Pupil agency is often seen as observable action that is oriented towards institutionally accepted goals and norms. In communicative and constructivist understandings of foreign language learning, learner agency is related to the idea of learning by participating. This Master's thesis analyzes the Agency relationships in university environment by applying a Global Venture Lab model of organization. The Global Venture Lab described in this study is a growth venture incubator that has been developed in the private organizational model to supplement the general faculty governance and the development of the University in the field of commercialization of inventions. W pracy przedstawiono przegląd informacji na temat występowania widłaczka torfowego Lycopodiella inundata (L.) Holub oraz opisano nowe stanowiska zlokalizowane w stawach hodowlanych na Śląsku. W Polsce gatunek ten należy do bardzo rzadkich składników flory. W trakcie przeprowadzonych badań stwierdzony został na tym obszarze na 8 stanowiskach. Zagrożeniem dla taksonu na Śląsku, jak i w Europie jest postępująca sukcesja roślinności na stanowiskach.

W pracy przedstawiono przegląd informacji na temat występowania żabieńca trawolistnego Alisma gramineum Lej. oraz omówiono nowe stanowiska zlokalizowane w stawach hodowlanych południowo-zachodniej Polski. W Polsce gatunek ten należy do bardzo rzadkich składników flory. Większość z około 120 dotychczas znanych jego stanowisk pochodzi z XIX lub pierwszej połowy XX w. Obecnie gatunek ten znany jest z około 30 stanowisk, z czego 2 znajdują się w południowo-zachodniej Polsce. W trakcie obecnych badań stwierdzony został na tym obszarze w stawach hodowlanych na 5 nowych stanowiskach – 3 znajdują się na Dolnym Śląsku, a 2 na Śląsku Opolskim.
