Master´s thesis in Advanced Teacher Education In this master thesis, I have examined the thematisation of identity and identity conflict in the two poetry anthologies YAHYA HASSAN and YAHYA HASSAN 2. Yahya Hassan wrote autobiographical poems, and thus his work became a way to explore his own identity in poetic form. The theoretical basis supporting my literary analysis has been Jon Helt Haarders’concept of performative biographism and sociological identity theory. Through analysing a selection of poems, I have achieved a more in-depth interpretation of how the many voices of the lyrical subject present in the anthologies reveal themselves. Master´s thesis in Advanced Teacher Education This master thesis is a study of the function of fantastic literature, literary complexity, and didactic potential in two novels written by Jostein Gaarder. I have conducted a comparative analysis of the artistic breakthrough novel Kabalmysteriet(1990) and the author ́s last novel Anna: en fabel om klodens klima og miljø(2013). The subject renewal from 2020 has led to major upheavals in the Norwegian school, including the subject Norwegian and the students ́ encounter with fiction. Terrorizing Images and Traumatic Anticipation in Michael Cunningham’s The Hours

Unni Langås’s chapter is a reading of The Hours (1998), which echoes not only Virginia Woolf’s Mrs. Dalloway (1925), but also Sigmund Freud’s Beyond the Pleasure Principle (1920). From Woolf’s post-WWI novel, Cunningham picks up the motif of trauma-ridden suicide and re-inscribes it into the character of an HIV-positive author at the end of the twentieth century. Cunningham repeats the idea of trauma as a return of images in individuals, but his novel is also a repetition of images, understood as ekphrastic descriptions and intertextual dialogue with literary references.  This article offers an analysis of Tove Jansson’s picturebook Vem ska trösta knyttet? (Who Will Comfort Toffle?) from 1960 as a heroic poem and dramatic monologue, representing an alternative reading to earlier studies of this picturebook as a coherent narrative. I analyse 16 texts in the novel genre and short story genre, in relation to the use of second-person narration. I analyse the texts in relation to how the narrator is located locally and temporally in the second-person narration, and how the second-person narration is used to support certain themes. Masteroppgave i Nordisk språk og litteratur 2006 - Høgskolen i Agder, Kristiansand Formålet med oppgaven var å studere ulike sceniske bilder i Christina Hesselholdts Marlon- Trilogi, som er en veldig visuell tekst. Jeg ville se på litterære bilder med fokus på metafor og metonymi, og på fotografiets betydning i romanen, fordi krysningsfeltet mellom kunst og litteratur interesserer meg. Siden jeg ønsket å ta utgangspunkt i kroppsperspektivet, valgte jeg det som en egen analysedel i besvarelsen.
