Tässä tutkielmassa tarkastelen poliittista liveroolipelaamista ympäristöaktivismina käyttäen tapausesimerkkinä Baltic Warriors -transmediaprojektia. Analysoin aineistona olevaa projektin internetsivuston tekstiä kehysanalyyttisesti hyödyntäen Snow'n ja Benfordin kollektiivisten toimintakehysten -käsitettä (collective action frame). Snow'n ja Benforsin mallin avulla paikannan aineistosta diagnostisen, prognostisen ja motivationalisen kehystyksen. Tässä tutkimuksessa tutkitaan historiataitojen opettamista alakoulussa sekä pedagogisten liveroolipelien käyttöä historian opetuksen menetelmänä. Tutkimuksen tarkoitus on selvittää, miten luokanopettajat näkevät historian oppiaineena ja miten he opettavat opetussuunnitelman edellyttämiä historiataitoja. Historiataitojen opettamiseen syvennytään tarkemmin tutkimalla opettajien kokemuksia pedagogisten liveroolipelien käytöstä historian opetuksen menetelmänä. Red-list of Italian bryophytes. 1. Liverworts and hornworts

The objective of this study is to provide an updated conservation status of all liverworts and hornworts in the Italian territory, evaluated according to IUCN's Guidelines for Application of IUCN Red List Criteria at Regional Level. Overall, 27.4% of taxa assessed in this study are assigned to a risk category and, therefore, considered threatened in Italy. Four liverworts are considered as Extinct, two liverworts and one hornwort Possibly Extinct at regional level. Moreover, a further 9.8% are assessed as Near Threatened, 10.8% as Data Deficient and 49.7% as Least Concern. Background and aim: Coffee intake exerts protective effects against non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), although without fully cleared mechanisms. In this study we aimed to assess whether coffee consumption may influence the expression of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) in the liver. Methods: C57BL/6J mice were fed a 12-week standard diet (SD), high-fat diet (HFD) or HFD plus decaffeinated coffee solution (HFD + coffee). Expression of specific lncRNAs involved in NAFLD was analyzed by real-time PCR. For the most differentially expressed lncRNAs, the analysis was also extended to their mRNA targets.
