Geneza Case Method i jej wpływ na kształt amerykańskiej filozofii prawa

Artykuł omawia Case Method – dominującą metodę edukacyjną stosowaną w amerykańskich szkołach prawa, która polega na nauczaniu prawa poprzez analizę orzeczeń sądowych, stworzoną w latach 70. XIX w. przez Christophusa Collumbusa Langdella. Langdell postrzegał prawo jako naukę, podobną do fizyki czy chemii, a więc jako uporządkowany system obiektywnej wiedzy. Stworzona przez niego metoda nauczania służyć miała przygotowaniu osób zajmujących się prawem w sposób naukowy. W artykule przedstawiona została koncepcja prawa Langdella, oraz wpływ, jaki jego metoda nauczania wywarła na nurty amerykańskiej filozofii prawa – klasyczną jurysprudencję oraz realizm prawniczy.

Concentrando l’attenzione su un particolare momento storico, caratterizzato da inquietudini legate alla vita religiosa, da nuovi fermenti culturali e da istanze politiche di rinnovamento, si è cercato di restituire quello che fu il dibattito sul tema dell’omicidio rituale limitatamente alla realtà trentina ed asburgica della metà del XVIII secolo. Girolamo Tartarotti è l’erudito su cui la parte più importante di questa tesi sarà centrata. Altro personaggio su cui si è costruita la tesi è il francescano Benedetto Bonelli. Quanto alla posizione di Bonelli sulla stregoneria, essa sarà descritta nel II capitolo, attraverso un parallelo con l’opera di Tartarotti.

The thistle-infesting fruit fly Tephritis conura Loew (Diptera: Tephritidae) forms host races on the melancholy thistle, Cirsium hetewphyllum (L.) Hill (Asterales: Asteraceae) and the cabbage thistle, Cirsium olemceum (L.). Scop. Previous research indicates that the host shift occurred from C. hetewphyllum to C. oleraceum. In this paper we address whether the host shift involved physiological adaptations by studying oviposition acceptance and survival of the two host races on the derived host C. oleraceum. Penelitian ini mengkombinasikan tanaman Hydrilla verticillata dengan Ceratophyllum demersum sebagai filter pada budidaya ikan Nila sistem resirkulasi. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat pertumbuhan ikan Nila pada budidaya sistem resirkulasi. Filtrasi yang digunakan pada budidaya sistem resirkulasi yaitu tanaman H. verticillata dan C. demersum. Metode penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL). Adapun parameter yang diamati berupa kelangsungan hidup ikan, pertumbuhan mutlak, laju pertumbuhan spesifik (SGR), Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) dan kualitas air. Abstract. Based on the results of a pilot study in 2007, which found high mixing ratios of molecular iodine (I2) above the intertidal macroalgae (seaweed) beds at Mweenish Bay (Ireland), we extended the study to nine different locations in the vicinity of Mace Head Atmospheric Research Station on the west coast of Ireland during a field campaign in 2009. The mean values of I2 mixing ratio found above the macroalgae beds at nine different locations ranged from 104 to 393 ppt, implying a high source strength of I2. Among the dits of Guillaume de Machaut consecrated to animal figures, the Dit dou lyon deserves a new ecdotic and critical study. It is a narrative work dating back to 1342, consisting of more than two thousand octosyllabes and transmitted by eleven manuscripts (14th-15th centuries), which contain Machaut’s works and almost all accompanied by a rich iconographic apparatus.
