Kompensācija cietušajam par nodarīto kaitējumu kriminālprocesā

Mūsdienās aizvien ir aktuāla morālā kaitējuma kompensācijas noteikšana kriminālprocesā, it sevišķi tāpēc, ka morālam kaitējumam nepastāv precīzi nosakāms naudas ekvivalents. Darba mērķis ir izveidot universālu, ilgspējīgu morālā kaitējuma noteikšanas koncepciju, skaidri noteikt kritērijus, kuri tiesnešiem jāņem vērā, lemjot par kaitējuma kompensācijas apmēru, turklāt izpētīt arī praktiskos jautājumus, kas saistās ar kompensācijas pieteikšanu. Pētījuma rezultātā izstrādāta ilgspējīga morālā kaitējuma koncepcija, kurā noteikti rekomendējoši, taču aptuveni kompensācijas piešķiršanas apmēri, kā arī piedāvāti vairāki Kriminālprocesa likuma grozījumi.

Real-Time Minimization Power Losses by Driven Primary Regulation in Islanded Microgrids

Islanded microgrids are small networks that work independently from the main grid. The frequency and voltage in islanded microgrids are affected directly by the output power of distributed generators and power demand variations. In this work, a real-time driven primary regulation, which relies on optimized P-f droop coefficients, is proposed. In all operating conditions, it minimizes the power losses for islanded microgrids. The proposed configuration will allow the optimization modules to interact with each other and adjust parameters producing a suitable power sharing among generators. Impact of Nonlinear Inductor on Efficiency and Power Losses in a SMPS: a Case Study

This paper proposes a comparative analysis focused on losses in two Switched Mode Power Supplies, adopting a linear inductor and an inductor operated up to saturation, respectively. The use of the nonlinear inductor saves weight and cost on the magnetic material, which is of great interest for automotive applications; however, it increases the peak current and can increase losses. The analysis aims to compare, by simulations, the impact on the efficiency of the different current waveforms throughout the converter. According to a letter written in 1390, Guillem Nicolau attached a full commentary to his Catalan translation of Ovid’s Heroides. Although these glosses have not survived in any of the extant manuscripts of this translation, they have been preserved in a fifteenth-century manuscript containing an anonymous Castilian version of the Catalan text. In this article, the linguistic- and literary-based identification of these Castilian glosses with those written by Nicolau leads to a further examination of the relationship of the Catalan Heroides to the Latin commentary tradition. Softening of Silica Filled Styrene-Butadiene Rubber under Uniaxial Cyclic Loading

Stress-strain behaviour of silica filled styrene-butadiene rubber showed strong hysteresis and cyclic softening, while these effects were almost negligible for the neat rubber. Significant Mullins effect occurs between the first and second loading cycles, whereupon samples reach their steady state after four repeated cycles. The degree of softening increases with volume content of silica characterizing the softening effect as a breakdown of the filler-formed microstructure defined by both, specific interactions in the filler associations and between the filler and rubber matrix.
