Foucault: il potere oltre le regole. Repliche a Celano, Moreso, Segatti e Spena

In questo articolo rispondo alle critiche e ai commenti alla mia ricostruzione della concezione del potere di Michel Foucault proposti da Bruno Celano, José Juan Moreso, Marco Segatti, Alessandro Spena. Mi concentro in particolare sui seguenti aspetti: la connessione fra la nozione foucaultiana di potere e il conflitto; la distinzione fra potere disciplinare, potere governamentale, e potere normativo; la concezione foucaultiana della libertà come autorialità; ciò che Foucault può suggerire riguardo ad alcune “macchie cieche” della teoria del diritto contemporanea.

The present paper aims to identify the causes of under-representation of women in E-sports. According to a genre perspective, interest in videogames at the amateur level is quite similar. However, in its professional level, female participation becomes very limited. 1. Breve descrizione dell’oggetto di studio Il concorso del Palazzo di Giustizia di Roma si svolge in quattro fasi svolte tra il 1884 e il 1887. Il progetto per il primo concorso, del 1884, redatto dall’allora giovanissimo Ernesto Basile (Palermo 1857-1932), rivela una grande perizia progettuale che trasforma il complesso programma funzionale in un austero edificio in stile neofiorentino. Brief description of the object of study The competition of the Palace of Justice in Rome takes place in four phases between 1884 and 1887. The project for the first competition in 1884 drawn up by the then very young Ernesto Basile (Palermo 1857-1932) reveals a great deal of design expertise that transforms the complex functional program into an austere building in neo-florentine style. The original drawings of the building not realized kept in the Basile Endowment of the Department of Architecture of the University of Palermo have been the subject of preliminary study to the phases of analysis interpretation and conceptual reconstruction of the digital model. 2. Although not bound by law, by option, small and medium entities from Romania can prepare the statement for the modifications within their equity and / or the statement of cash flows. When companies select this option, any decision made by the consumer of accounting information is better founded, from the perspective of information sources that it uses, rather than the opposite, because the users of accounting information about a company are almost always interested by the way in which the company generates and uses cash and cash equivalents. In this paper we present the particularities implied in Romania by the preparation of the statement of cash flows using the indirect method.

Ponnistelujen ja palkkioiden epäsuhdan sekä ylisitoutuneisuuden yhteys työn intohimoon

Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli lisätä tietoa työssä ilmenevien ponnistelujen ja palkkioiden epäsuhdan sekä ylisitoutuneisuuden yhteyksistä kahteen erilaiseen työn intohimoon: harmoniseen ja pakonomaiseen. Tutkimus kohdistui 270 suomalaiseen toimihenkilöön. Tutkittavista 220 oli miehiä (81.5%) ja tutkittavien keski-ikä oli 42 vuotta (kh 3.3, vaihteluväli 34—47). Hierarkkisen lineaarisen regressioanalyysin tulokset osoittivat, että ponnistelujen ja palkkioiden epäsuhta selitti korkeaa harmonista työn intohimoa. Ievads: Pētījuma mērķis bija izpētīt saikni starp infantilas rīšanas paradumiem ar citām orofaciālā kompleksa atradnēm pirmsskolas vecuma bērniem Latvijā. Paralēli tam mēs pētījām arī oklūziju. Metodes: Šajā šķērsgriezuma pētījumā piedalījās 141 pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu no 4 līdz 7 gadiem un viņu mātes. Orofaciālā kompleksa izmeklēšanu veica divi ortodonti, kurā tika novērtēta orofaciālā kompleksa miofunkcionālā situācija, oklūzija un bērnu runas defekti. Il contributo proposto esamina la presenza e la distribuzione di alcune serie toponimiche correlate ai concetti ‘alto’ e ‘basso’ sul territorio piemontese, cercando di evidenziare le possibili valenze a livello denotativo e connotativo.
