Pro Gradu -tutkielman tavoitteena oli tutkia Real Option Analysis -metodin sopivuutta start-up yhtiön investoinnin arvonmääritykseen. Jotta tutkimuskysymykseen saatiin vastaus, tuli myös case-yhtiön liiketoimintasuunnitelma selvittää ja edelleen mitkä ovat liiketoiminnan potentiaaliset rahavirrat, joihin arvonmääritys perustuu. Tutkimusmenetelmä oli kvantitatiivinen case-tutkimus ja tutkimusmetodi oli konstruktiivinen ja deskriptiivinen. Tutkimuksessa konstruoitiin työkalu ja arvonmääritys case-yrityksen suunnitellulle investoinnille. Toisaalta tutkimuksessa kuvailtiin arvonmääritystä yleisesti sekä Real Options Analysis -metodia. Aims: Loneliness is an important public health challenge for all ages. This study reports time trends of loneliness among adolescents over a 12-year period and analyses the strength of the associations between loneliness, health complaints, and medicine use. Methods: Data were derived from the cross-sectional Finnish Health Behaviour in School-aged Children study conducted in 2006, 2010, 2014, and 2018. The study population is based on a random sample of schools with 20,444 participants aged 11–15 years. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on selvittää arvioijien näkemyksiä englannin kielen taidon arvioimiseen laadittujen näyttökriteerien käytettävyydestä hotellivirkailijan ja matkailun ohjelmapalvelujen ammattitutkinnoissa. Ce document a pour objet de rendre compte des activités de recherche qui ont été menées dans le cadre de l’étude intitulée : « Évaluation des usages locaux de données territoriales ».Il s’agira ici de présenter le contexte de l’étude, son cadre théorique, les outils méthodologiques convoqués et la composition du corpus analysé, cette étude ne pouvant prétendre à l’exhaustivité des terrains d’observation possibles.Une grande part du document sera ensuite consacrée à la présentation des analyses, et à leur interprétation.Enfin, le tout sera mis à en perspective afin d’en synthétiser les résultats, conclusions, et pistes de recherche complémentaires.
