Abstract The Pizzo Lupo section (Sicanian Mts, central Sicily) is an Upper Triassic–Lower Jurassic condensed deep-water succession, where the relationships among synsedimentary tectonic, soft-sediment deformations, volcanism and lithological changes reflect the evolution of a rift-basin. The morphostructural setting of the studied basin appears as a gently dipping slope where a fault-delimited area (graben to halfgraben) was developed. This paper presents the results of an experimental survey on the potential application of DARC (dry asphalt rubber concrete) in rail superstructure, within sub-ballast layers by measuring its damping and mechanical properties. Based on the environmental friendly point of view the DARC has the significant advantage as the backfill material of sub-ballast layer because the rubber comes from the waste tires of truck and its usage can results a significant recycling of non-biodegradable wastes. Nivelrikko on etenkin ikääntyneeseen väestöön kohdistuva kipuja ja toiminnallisia rajoituksia aiheuttava nivelsairaus. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää liikunnan vaikutuksia polvinivelruston laatuun ja seurata mahdollisia rustomuutoksia 12 kuukauden kuluttua harjoittelun lopettamisesta lievää polvinivelrikkoa sairastavilla 50-65 –vuotiailla naisilla. Most of existing reinforced concrete structures suffer due to corrosion of steel and concrete degradation. In many cases existing structures reveal to be inadequate to absorb the expected seismic load and need to be rehabilitated according to the in force code. In the worst case some structures have not been designed to absorb horizontal actions. The rehabilitation process begins with the complete knowledge of its geometrical configuration and the evaluation of the vulnerability of the structure to seismic loads. Artykuł został poświęcony instytucji przejściowego ryczałtu od dochodów wprowadzonej ustawą Polski Ład. Jak wykazano, w istocie spełnia ona kryteria abolicji podatkowej i jednocześnie budzi poważne wątpliwości co do zgodności z konstytucyjnymi zasadami równości (art. 32 Konstytucji RP) i powszechności opodatkowania (art. 84 Konstytucji RP). W publikacji przedstawiono instytucję abolicji podatkowej, jej istotę i rys historyczny oraz normatywną konstrukcję przejściowego ryczałtu od dochodów.
