Lectio praecursoria viestinnän väitöskirjaksi tarkoitetun tutkimuksen Työyhteisöön liittymisen ja kuulumisen rakentuminen vuorovaikutuksessa tarkastustilaisuudessa Jyväskylän yliopistossa 4.12.2021. Vastaväittäjänä toimi dosentti, FT Anne Laajalahti (Vaasan yliopisto) ja kustoksena professori Anu Sivunen (Jyväskylän yliopisto). Työn pääohjaajana on toiminut apulaisprofessori Leena Mikkola (Tampereen yliopisto).

Sairaalaorganisaatiossa hoitohenkilöstön työhyvinvointi kohtaa monenlaisia haasteita, jotka kumpuavat sekä työn luonteesta että organisaation rakenteista ja hierarkiaverkostoista. Tämän artikkelin tavoitteena on ymmärtää työhyvinvoinnin rakentumista sairaalatyöyhteisön vuorovaikutuksessa jäsentämällä hoitohenkilöstön käsityksiä vuorovaikutuksen ja työhyvinvoinnin yhteyksistä. Tutkimusasetelma on laadullinen. Tutkimusaineistona oli yhdeksän hoitohenkilöstön jäsenen respondenttihaastattelua. Aineisto kerättiin erään suomalaissairaalan yhdestä työyksiköstä. En esta tesis hemos analizado las variantes organizativas que se producen en dos centros educativos de primaria de la Comunidad Valenciana al introducir las tecnologías informáticas. Para estudiar este fenómeno educativo hemos optado por la corriente de investigación educativa basada en la metodología de corte cualitativo y por el estudio de casos como instrumento metodológico. Entre los resultados alcanzados cabe señalar que encontramos en la actualidad tecnologías informáticas en todo tipo de dependencias de las escuelas, es necesario el establecimiento de criterios para la organización de su utilización. Scandals provide an opportunity to generate more knowledge about the process in which organizational legitimacy can be restored. This article is based on a study of all scandals in the Swedish public sector from 1995-1997 and four case studies in four organizations conducted 2003. In scandals in the Swedish public sector, players in leading positions are linked to some transgression, often of a financial nature. The less expected the transgression, the stronger the public reaction and the more the organisation’s legitimacy diminish. A scandal implies a failure for everyone in the organisation. This chapter adds to emerging research exploring the construct of joy by drawing attention to the value of more loving stakeholder relationships. Relationship management research has focussed attention on the antecedents, outcomes and quality of an organization’s relationships with various publics and stakeholders and has examined strategies that can nurture these relationships. The ornamental flora of parks and gardens, as we know, generally includes high proportions of exotics. In Italy it arose from Renaissance on and increasingly enriched up to include a large proportion of exotics native to countries under Mediterranean and temperate climates. Similarly the garden flora of Sicily has a large number of mostly Mediterranean and subtropical exotics. Even if very similar on the whole, these floras differ in some floristic, biological and ecological features. Indeed, several succulent families and genera that are rare or missing in Italy are frequent in Sicily, but plants from temperate regions are almost absent in the island.
