Abstract Coat protein (COP) I and COP II complexes are involved in the transport of proteins between the endoplasmic reticulum and the Golgi apparatus in eukaryotic cells. The formation of COP I/II complexes at membrane surfaces is an early step in vesicle formation and is mastered by p24, a type I transmembrane protein. Oligomerization of p24 monomers was suggested to be mediated and/or stabilized via interactions within the transmembrane domain, and the p24 transmembrane helix appears to selectively bind a single sphingomyelin C18:0 molecule. BACKGROUND: Infectious entry of human papillomaviruses into their host cells is an important step in the viral life cycle. For cell binding these viruses use proteoglycans as initial attachment sites. Subsequent transfer to a secondary receptor molecule seems to be involved in virus uptake. Depending on the papillomavirus subtype, it has been reported that entry occurs by clathrin- or caveolin-mediated mechanisms. A Cauchy viscoelastic problem perturbed by an inverse-square potential, and posed in an exterior domain of RN, is considered under a Dirichlet boundary condition. Using nonlinear capacity estimates specifically adapted to the non-local nature of the problem, the potential function and the boundary condition, we establish sufficient conditions for the nonexistence of weak solutions.

Maģistra darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā, datorsalikumā uz 39 lapām. Tas satur 13 attēlus, 8 tabulas, 4 pielikumus un 28 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis ir kvantitatīvi novērtēt vispārējās anestēzijas ietekmi uz acs akomodācijas funkcijām. Acs akomodācijas funkcijas tika novērtētas vispārējās un spinālās anestēzijas pacientiem pirms un pēc operācijas. Despite the acceptance of expressivity as a crucial element in musical performance, educators have reported addressing it only cursorily or not addressing it at all when preparing for a performance. This paper explores the processes, strategies, and methods used when preparing an expressive vocal performance from the point-of-view of the artist. The study tracked the development and performance preparation of 13 university students studying classical voice performance or music education.
