W artykule przedstawiono ewolucję prawnych ram polskiego rynku sztuki w latach 1989-2015. Pokazano główne problemy, z którymi przyszło się zmierzyć ustawodawcy oraz nakreślono możliwe kierunki rozwoju prawa rynku sztuki. Pierwotnie reguły dotyczące obrotu dobrami kultury niemal nie istniały, a rynek był słabo rozwinięty. Od tego czasu na rynku sztuki pojawili się nowi interesariusze i nowe problemy – od kwestii podatku od towarów i usług począwszy, przez ocenę autentyczności dzieła sztuki, na nielegalnym obrocie dziełami sztuki skończywszy.
Investigation of yeast community of “Grillo” grapes and musts from Marsala wine production area.

The oenological interest in the autochthonous yeast applications has increased since they represents an important supplement to wine quality (Martinez et al. 1989; Moreno et al. 1991). Yeast populations harboured onto the surface of berries and in musts of “Grillo” grape variety were isolated and analyzed. Trace element accumulation is particularly important in coastal and transitional environments, which act as contaminant buffers between the continental and marine systems. We compared trace element transfer to the biota in two locations with different open-sea exposures in a semi-enclosed marine coastal area (Stagnone di Marsala, Sicily, Italy) using isotopically reconstructed food chains. La colección de tejidos antiguos de Mariano Fortuny Marsal (1838-1874) salió a la venta en la subasta del Hôtel Drouot de París, pocos meses después de la temprana muerte del pintor. El estudio de varios catálogos manuscritos nos ha servido para conocer los precios y compradores de cada una de las referencias. Estos datos nos han permitido realizar un estudio comparativo entre diferentes categorías. Słowiński Park Narodowy, o powierzchni 32 744 ha, został utworzony w 1967 roku, a do sieci Światowych Rezerwatów Biosfery włączony w 1977 roku. Ponad połowę obszaru parku zajmują ekosystemy wodne, w tym pobrzeże Bałtyku, jeziora Łebsko, Gardno, Dołgie Wielkie i Dołgie Małe oraz w mniejszym stopniu rzeki: Łeba, Łupawa i Pustynka. Psychometric properties of the «Spanish Burnout Inventory» (SBI) in a sample of Italian health professionals: a gender perspective

El objetivo de este estudio fue analizar las propiedades psicométricas del Cuestionario para la Evaluación del Síndrome de Quemarse por el Trabajo (CESQT) en una muestra de profesionales de la salud italianos. La muestra estuvo formada por 695 participantes (453 profesionales de enfermería y 242 médicos). Según el género se identificaron 451 mujeres (64.9%) y 244 hombres (35.1%). El CESQT está formado por 20 ítems que se distribuyen en cuatro dimensiones: Ilusión por el trabajo (5 ítems), Desgaste psíquico (4 ítems), Indolencia (6 ítems), y Culpa (5 ítems). A beam search algorithm for minimizing crane times in premarshalling problems

The premarshalling problem consists of sorting the containers placed in a bay of the container yard so that they can be retrieved in the order in which they will be required. We study the premarshalling problem with crane time minimization objective and develop a beam search algorithm, with some new elements adapted to the characteristics of the problem, to solve it. We propose various evaluation criteria, depending on the type of container movement, for its local evaluation; a new heuristic algorithm including local search for blue its global evaluation; and several new dominance rules. Algunas plantas con sistemas reproductivos evolutivamente primitivos, y especialmente aquellas que habitan en sistemas acuáticos explotados agronómicamente por el hombre, se ven en la actualidad seriamente amenazadas en el medio natural. Los productos químicos utilizados en exceso en la agricultura intensiva han degradado estos ecosistemas hasta hacer imposible la supervivencia de las especies más sensibles. Este trabajo se ha cofinanciado por la Generalitat Valenciana (Conselleria de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente, Cambio Climático y Desarrollo Rural, Servicio de Biodiversidad) y la Universitat de València.
