Master's thesis in Psychosocial health (ME504) The subject of this study is school refusal. The purpose is to gain greater insight and knowledge on the topic of school refusal from the students' own experiences, based on the research question: "How do students with school refusal experience their own situation, and what do they think can contribute to increase attendance?".A qualitative method with an inductive design has been used, and data collection has been done using semi-structured interviews. In this master's thesis, I want to answer this; "How does the queer patient feel they are treated in drug treatment, and how can their description contribute to the further development of health-promoting work in this arena?" During the last 25 years there have been several efforts to strengthen the services to patients with mental health problems and substance use disorders. The new plan (opptrappingsplanen for rusfeltet) was launched in 2016 and will be completed in 2020. Again, as in previous efforts, it is the municipal health services that are going to do the job. This study examined the size of staff in these services in relation to population, and the proportion of employees in these services in relation to the total number of employees in the municipality.
