Synthesis of Novel Polyazinyl-Substituted Triazolopyridines from [1,2,3]Triazolo[1,5-a]pyridines

A series of 7-azinyl-substituted triazolopyridines and 3-(6-azinyl-substituted 2-pyridyl)triazolopyridines were synthesized by addition of the corresponding 3-substituted 7-lithiotriazolopyridine to pyrimidine, pyrazine, pyridazine, and 1,3,5-triazine respectively, followed by hydrolysis and oxidation.

International audience; The carbon 5 of pyrimidine nucleobases is a privileged position in terms of nucleoside modification in both DNA and RNA. The simplest modification of uridine at this position is methylation leading to thymine. Thymine is an integral part of the standard nucleobase repertoire of DNA that is synthesized at the nucleotide level. However, it also occurs in RNA, where it is synthesized posttranscriptionally at the polynucleotide level. International audience; This study was carried out in order to develop experimental methodology using a camera to monitor the evolution of the surface of a liquid droplet deposited on a solid surface composed of polypropylene. The droplet was exposed to various ambient relative humidity conditions (11.3%, 43.2%, 68.9% and 75.5%). Two types of liquid were investigated: distilled water and water containing nutritive substances (salmon “juice”). International audience; To reproduce a fungal contamination of food products by airborne conidia, a method to inoculate a few number (in the range 1-9) of conidia on the surface of agar media was developed. This technique would allow to determine accurately the time to detection of fungal colonies, then the mould free shelf-life of food products by using dry conidia. 3 A method to identify chemical scaffolds potentially active against Mycobacterium tuberculosis is presented. The molecular features of a set of structurally heterogeneous antituberculosis drugs were coded by means of structural invariants. Three tech- niques were used to obtain equations able to model the antituberculosis activity: linear discriminant analysis, multilinear re- gression, and shrinkage estimation-ridge regression. In this study, we investigated the reaction of the osmium tetroxide-bipyridine complex with pyrimidines in RNA. This reagent, which reacts with the diastereotopic 5-6 double bond, thus leading to the formation of two diastereomers, was used in the past to label thymidine and 5-methylcytosine in DNA. Abstract Biogenic amines (BAs) are undesirable compounds in all foods and beverages because they may induce food-borne intoxications when consumed at high concentrations. The aim of this study was to identify the organism responsible for the synthesis of histamine in a Tempranillo red wine from Ribera de Duero D.O. (Denomination of origin), Spain. Bacteria present in wines after malolactic fermentation were isolated, identified and typed. Four strains of the species Oenococcus oeni and two strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis were found.
