Los Fueros de Valencia establecieron mecanismos legales para la salvaguarda del patrimonio de aquellos menores de edad que quedaban huérfanos. Para ello, el texto legal reglamentó las figuras de tutores y curadores, estableciendo claramente sus atribuciones y sus obligaciones. Por otro lado, reguló el mecanismo para garantizar que todo menor pudiese contar con la protección y ayuda de un tutor que velase por su patrimonio. Partiendo del texto de los Fueros y ejemplificándolo con documentación de carácter municipal, mediante este artículo pretendemos realizar una aproximación a dicha normativa legal y a su práctica diaria. Introduction: Cis-acting regulatory single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) at specific loci may modulate penetrance of germline mutations at the same loci by introducing different levels of expression of the wild-type allele. Il contributo presenta l'edizione e il commento di alcune iscrizioni tardoantiche in lingua greca, rinvenute a Hierapolis di Frigia (Turchia) nel corso degli scavi della Missione Archeologica Italiana. L'attestazione di efebarchi, ginnasiarchi e stefanofori in un'epoca ormai tarda (IV-V sec. d.C.) offre l'occasione per una disamina delle istituzioni civiche di Hierapolis nella Tarda Antichità, in una fase storica caratterizzata da un avanzato processo di cristianizzazione.

In the last years the Missione Archeologica Italiana di Hierapolis di Frigia (MAIER) has recovered some important epigraphic documents which offer new data for the history of the city of Hierapolis, its bishopric, and the surrounding territory in Late Antiquity (4th-6th cent.). The most recently published inscriptions are discussed in this paper in their historical context (parr. 1-3) and the development of Hierapolis’ bishopric and its episcopal prosopography between the 4th and the 9th cent. are analyzed through the examination of literary and epigraphical sources and the comparison with other relevant cities of Western Asia Minor (par. 4.a-f).

Il contributo presenta l'edizione e commento di un'iscrizione onoraria in lingua greca, rinvenuta a Hierapolis di Frigia (Turchia) presso il santuario di Apollo, dedicata dall'associazione dei Greci d'Asia al giovane defunto M. Valerius Asiaticus Catullus Messalinus, figlio del proconsole d’Asia M. Valerius Asiaticus. Il nuovo documento permette di riprendere e approfondire lo studio delle altre fonti epigrafiche e letterarie relative a questo importante senatore di epoca domizianeo-traianea. L'iscrizione attesta inoltre un sommo sacerdote d'Asia finora ignoto, Claudius Zenodotos di Hierapolis.

Parent-child communication as a function of parental education, sex of parent and child and situational factors

Parent-child communication was studied in different contexts (home vs laboratory, variation between and within the tasks, dyad vs triad). The subjects were 48 Finnish families with a four-year-old child. The families were divided into euqual groups of lower and higher parental education. The experiments were carried out in two stages: the first in the laboratory setting and the second in the laboratory setting or at home. The videotaped situations consisted of different cooperative tasks.
