Lo studio ha come tema le modifiche operate dalla legge n. 268 del 1998 sui reati di c.d. pedofilia. L'analisi passa in rassegna gli aspetti sostanziali per poi soffermarsi ai peculiari meccanismi stabiliti sul versante processuale. L'approccio è adesivo all'intervento normativo sia per l'ingresso delle relative fattispecie tra i reati contro la persona, sia per l'indubbia tutela della vittima nell'accertamento dei reati.

The paper presents the distribution, floristic composition and ecological requirements of the pleustonic plant community <em>Utricularietum australis</em> Th. Müller et Görs 1960 in Poland. The association was classifield to the Lemnetea minoris class. <em>Utricularietum australis</em> is considered to be a rare and endangered plant community in Europe.

La nota commenta la sentenza delle Sezioni unite sul delitto di pornografia minorile, la quale ritiene che non sia più necessario, viste le nuove formulazioni della disposizione, l’accertamento del pericolo di diffusione del materiale pedopornografico. Nell’articolo si ritiene che sarebbe stata piuttosto preferibile la identificazione di un reato di pericolo presunto, ma non nei casi di “pornografia domestica”, nei quali potrebbe ancora applicarsi il delitto previsto dall’art. 600-quater c.p.

This study conducts an exploratory corpus-assisted discourse analysis of the representation of the Rohingya minority group across online news media in the United Kingdom. The purpose of the study is to identify and interpret the discursive patterns employed in popular online news media when depicting the Rohingya minority and associated crises affecting the group in Myanmar and worldwide. Through the use of a combination of frequency, collocation, and concordance analysis, a synchronic study was undertaken using data collected from fifteen major online news media producers in the United Kingdom.
