In the study of Earth-surface environmental processes during the events associated with the Permian–Triassic boundary, a key issue is the nature of the latest Permian pre-extinction surface in shallow marine limestones in numerous sites, principally within the Tethyan realm. Sediments below this surface pre-date the extinction event, so that the limestones comprising these latest Permian facies contain diverse fossil remains of organisms that lived just before the extinction. At all reported sites, this surface is disconformably overlain by post-extinction sediments, which contain microbialites in many places, particularly in Tethys. DTM spatial resolution and temperature and amount of rainfall estimation in France. The spatial variationanalysis of normal temperature and amount of rainfall in France is performed by simple linear correlations where elevationis the explanatory variable. The latter is provided in seven resolutions: 250,500 m, 1, 2, 4, 8 and 16 km. The correlationcoefficient is used to assess what is the resolution that works best. Temperatures are optimally explained by the 250 mresolution, the coarser resolutions producing lower quality results. The 2km resolution best explains the spatial variation ofrainfall.

Digital holographic microscopy (DHM) is a well-known microscopy technique using an interferometric architecture for quantitative phase imaging (QPI) and it has been already implemented utilizing a large number of interferometers. The wind behaviour of a stayed footbridge has been analyzed. In order to avoid aeroelastic phenomena, an experimental campaign on a 1:15 scale model has been realized at the boundary-layer wind-tunnel of the Milan Polytechnic. The aerodynamic characterization of the structure has allowed to direct the project towards the choice of non-solid barriers, but with a medium porosity, by avoiding possible problems that can lead to ultimate limit state condi-tions of the structure (e.g., flutter or vortex shedding). In this way the quantitative effect of barriers has been estimated deducing reliable values not only for the alongwind forces, but also for the crosswind and torsional actions.

The chains are further connected by π–π stacking interactions, with centroid–centroid distances of 3.6385 (7) Å, forming layers parallel to thebcplane.
